Claims (7)
- マイクロプレートのウェルに検体を分注する分注装置であって、
前記ウェルに向けて光を発光する発光部と、
前記発光部から照射され前記ウェルからの光を受光する受光部と、
前記受光部によって受光された光の情報から前記ウェル内の異物の有無を判断する制御部を備えていることを特徴とする分注装置。 - 前記発光部と前記受光部とが一体化された異物検出ユニットを備え、
前記異物検出ユニットは、前記受光部によって受光された光から、前記ウェルと前記受光部との間の距離を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分注装置。 - 前記異物検出ユニットは、前記発光部によって発光された光の位相と、前記受光部によって受光された光の位相との間の位相差から、距離を測定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の分注装置。
- 前記発光部によって発光される光は、レーザ光であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分注装置。
- 前記異物検出ユニットによって測定された距離についての閾値が設定され、
前記制御部は、前記異物検出ユニットによって測定された距離が閾値よりも小さいときに、前記ウェルに異物が有ると判断することを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の分注装置。 - ハンド部を有するロボットを備え、
前記異物検出ユニットは、前記ハンド部によって把持されることが可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の分注装置。 - マイクロプレートのウェルに検体を分注する分注方法であって、
前記ウェルに光を照射する照射工程と、
前記ウェル内の異物の有無を判断する判断工程と、
前記ウェルに検体を分注する分注工程とを備えたことを特徴とする分注方法。
