Claims (3)
- ハブにダンパゴムを介してダンパマスを接続したトーショナルダンパであって、
前記ハブは、クランクシャフトに固定されるボス部と、前記ダンパゴムを保持するリム部と、前記ボス部および前記リム部を連結した円周上複数のスポーク部とを有するトーショナルダンパにおいて、
前記複数のスポーク部はそれぞれ軸方向に傾斜した傾斜形状とされ、
前記複数のスポーク部のうち、入力する曲げ振動に対応する一方向のスポーク部に補強構造が設けられていることを特徴とするトーショナルダンパ。 - 請求項1記載のトーショナルダンパにおいて、
前記ハブのリム部、前記ダンパゴムおよび前記ダンパマスによって断面円弧形状を呈する径方向内向き凸のダンパゴム抜け止め構造が設けられ、
前記ダンパゴム抜け止め構造によって前記リム部の内周面に径方向内向き凸の凸形状が設けられ、
前記凸形状に対し、前記傾斜形状とされたスポーク部の外周端部が一体に連結されていることを特徴とするトーショナルダンパ。 - 請求項1または2記載のトーショナルダンパにおいて、
回り止め治具を係合するための正面多角形状の治具係合部が前記リム部の内周側に位置して前記ハブに設けられ、
前記リム部の内周側であって前記治具係合部の外周側に位置して前記補強構造が補強用リブとして設けられていることを特徴とするトーショナルダンパ。
