Claims (8)
- 異なる特性を有するプラスチック材料により形成される物品の射出成形のための方法であって、
互いに連通するように配置された少なくとも1つの第1の領域と少なくとも1つの第2の領域とを含む少なくとも1つの成形キャビティを有するモールドを設けることであって、前記異なる特性を有する少なくとも1つの第1のプラスチック材料と少なくとも1つの第2のプラスチック材料とがそれぞれに供給される、開閉制御式のそれぞれの第1のインジェクタおよび第2のインジェクタが前記第1の領域および前記第2の領域に関連付けられる、ことと、
前記第1のプラスチック材料と前記第2のプラスチック材料とを、前記第1のインジェクタと前記第2のインジェクタとによって、衝突すると少なくとも1つの溶接線を生じるそれぞれのフローフロントを発生させるように、前記成形キャビティの前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域とにそれぞれ射出することと、
前記少なくとも1つの溶接線の形状および/または位置を定めるべく、前記第1のインジェクタおよび前記第2のインジェクタを特定のモードに従って制御することと
から成る1回の射出サイクルで実行される、
方法。 - 前記第1のインジェクタおよび前記第2のインジェクタが、前記成形キャビティの前記第1の領域および前記第2の領域を前記第1のプラスチック材料および前記第2のプラスチック材料で徐々に充填するように、予め設けられた順序に従って開放される充填フェーズと、
前記成形キャビティに射出された前記第1のプラスチック材料および前記第2のプラスチック材料をパッキングするための後続のフェーズと
を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つのインジェクタの開放が、前記溶接線の位置を定めるべく、他の前記インジェクタに対して予測されるか、または遅延させられる、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のインジェクタおよび前記第2のインジェクタのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記溶接線の前記形状を定めるべく部分的に閉じている、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のインジェクタおよび前記第2のインジェクタのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記溶接線の前記形状を定めるべく、徐々に、かつ、部分的にのみ開く、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記特定のモードのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記充填フェーズにおいて実行される、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記特定のモードのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記後続のフェーズで実行される、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 異なる特性を有するプラスチック材料により形成される物品の射出成形のための装置であって、
