Abstract

本发明特别有利地适用于例如汽车工业(保险杠、扰流板等)中的大尺寸构件的模制,其中出于美学和/或结构原因,需要前面提及的差异。
背景技术
关于因此制作的制品的制造,常规方法典型地提供旋转模具在两个(或更多个)工位之间的使用,以用于两种(或更多种)不同的材料的注射。
例如,关于制造双色制品(如后灯的透镜),模制阶段最初提供第一颜色的材料到第一腔中的注射以形成第一部分。接着打开模具,旋转180°并且再次关闭,以用于第二材料的随后注射以及连结于第一部分的第二部分的形成。
这些模具制造非常复杂并且因此昂贵,要求相对长的模制时间并且需要频繁的维护操作。此外,模制制品的两个(或更多个)部分之间的焊接线为唯一且严格确定的,并且除非在修改模具之后,否则不易受到可以可能适合于改进模制制品的美学效果的变化的影响。
文献US 5556582描述一种用于控制注射模制设备的注射器的系统,其中可独立控制各个注射器,以使用单一塑料材料来改进模制件的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服前面提及的缺点,并且实现由具有不同特性的塑料材料形成的制品的注射模制,而不必使用旋转模具。
本发明的又一目的在于能够调整不同材料之间的焊接线的在形状和位置方面的构造。
根据本发明,该目的由于一种用于由具有不同特性的塑料材料形成的制品的注射模制的方法来获得,其特征在于,该方法以单个注射循环执行,该单个注射循环包括:

由于该解决方案构思,获得了以下显著优势:
•制造简化和小的模具尺寸,
•较低模具设计/生产成本,
•较低维护;
•更高的生产力;
•不同注射材料之间的焊接线的形状和位置的灵活性。
关于大型制品(如例如用于机动车辆的保险杠)的生产,注射典型地使用多个注射器来执行,该多个注射器沿着模具的腔布置并且以顺序或级联的方式控制。模制循环提供填充阶段,其中注射器根据预设顺序打开,以渐进地填充模腔,以及随后的阶段,以用于包装注射到模腔中的塑料材料。
前面提及的所述特定模式可在填充阶段和/或包装阶段中执行。
具体而言,为了限定焊接线的位置,至少一个注射器的打开可相对于其它注射器提前或延迟,并且为了限定所述焊接线的形状,注射器中的至少一个可逐渐地且仅部分地打开,并且注射器中的至少一个可部分地关闭。
本发明还关于一种用于由具有不同特性的塑料材料形成的制品的注射模制的设备,该设备构造成执行前面提及的方法。

以下描述涉及本发明的特定实施例,具体而言,关于用于机动车辆的保险杠的模制,然而,其无论如何不应被视为以任何方式限制。本发明还适用于由两种或更多种塑料材料形成的任何种类和类型的制品的注射模制,该两种或更多种塑料材料在美学方面、特别是颜色和/或结构性质方面具有不同的特性。
图1示意性地示出保险杠S,即,用于其形成的模腔,并且其完全大体上且基本上代表用于其形成的顺序注射模制设备。在该示意图中,该装备包括六个注射点,它们设成布置在模腔S的相互连通的端部区域S1、S2附近的两组三个A、B、C和A'、B'、C'。

在填充阶段期间,第一颜色的塑料材料和引入到模具中的第二颜色的塑料材料引起两个流动前沿,它们沿相反的方向从区域S1、S2朝向腔S的中心区域前进并且其碰撞生成在图3和图4中用L扼要表示的焊接线,其大体上将在模制件上可见。
根据本发明的独特特性,电子单元15构造成用于通过控制马达7-12并因此控制注射器1-6来限定焊接线L的形状和/或位置。
例如,在填充阶段期间提前或延迟注射器1、2、3或注射器4、5、6中的一个或更多个的打开,焊接线L可在一侧(如用图4中的L'指示的)上或在相对侧上(以L'')移位。基本上,焊接线可因此平行于其自身平移,例如直到定位在非美学区域中,如例如保险杠S的肋。在该情况下,焊接线将基本上从外部看不见。

2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法提供填充阶段,其中所述第一和第二注射器(1、2、3;4、5、6)根据预先建立的顺序来打开,以便用所述第一塑料材料和第二塑料材料渐进地填充所述模腔(S)的所述第一区域(S1)和第二区域(S2),以及随后的阶段,以用于包装注射到所述模腔(S)中的塑料材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,至少一个注射器的所述打开相对于其它注射器提前或延迟,以便限定所述焊接线(L;L';L'')的位置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述特定模式中的至少一个在所述填充阶段执行。
5.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述特定模式中的至少一个在包装阶段执行。
6.用于由具有不同特性的塑料材料形成的制品的注射模制的设备,其特征在于,所述设备构造成执行根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的方法。
