前記金型内への前記樹脂の射出開始時における前記金型の温度を前記樹脂の硬化温度未満に設定し、
前記金型内への前記樹脂の充填完了後における前記金型の温度を前記樹脂の硬化温度以上に設定する
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 高圧タンクの内部空間を形成するライナの外表面に繊維層が形成されたプリフォームに、樹脂を含浸するための金型と、
前記金型の温度を制御する温度制御装置と、
前記金型内において、前記プリフォームを支持する支持機構と、
前記金型内を真空脱気する真空ポンプと、
樹脂を加圧することによって、前記金型に設けられたゲートから、前記プリフォームに向けて樹脂を射出する加圧装置と、
前記支持機構によって支持された前記プリフォームを、前記樹脂の射出時に、前記プリフォームの中心軸線を回転中心にして周方向に回転させる回転機構と、
を備える高圧タンクの製造装置。 - 前記射出の方向は、前記中心軸線とねじれの位置にあり、
前記射出された樹脂が前記プリフォームの表面に衝突する位置において、前記プリフォームの接平面方向についての前記樹脂の射出による速度成分は、前記プリフォームの回転による周方向の速度と逆向きである
請求項7に記載の高圧タンクの製造装置。 - 前記金型は、第1の型と第2の型とを含み、
前記ゲートは、前記第1の型に設けられており、
前記金型内への前記樹脂の射出時において、前記第2の型と前記プリフォームとの間の隙間よりも大きい隙間を、前記第1の型と前記プリフォームとの間に空けるために、前記第1の型が開いた状態から前記第1の型を締める駆動機構を備える
請求項7から請求項8までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンクの製造装置。 - 前記射出時における前記第1の型と前記プリフォームとの間に空けられた隙間は、第1の隙間であり、
前記駆動機構は、前記金型内への前記樹脂の充填が完了した後、前記第1の型と前記プリフォームとの間に空けられた隙間を、前記第1の隙間よりも狭い第2の隙間にするために、前記第1の型を締める
請求項9に記載の高圧タンクの製造装置。 - 前記樹脂は、熱硬化性樹脂であり、
前記温度制御装置は、前記金型内への前記樹脂の射出時において、前記金型の温度を前記樹脂の硬化温度以上に設定する
請求項7から請求項10までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンクの製造装置。 - 前記樹脂は、熱硬化性樹脂であり、
前記温度制御装置は、前記金型内への前記樹脂の射出開始時における前記金型の温度を前記樹脂の硬化温度未満に設定し、前記金型内への前記樹脂の充填完了後における前記金型の温度を前記樹脂の硬化温度以上に設定する
