− 2つのサブステップE31及びE32に分割され、金型をエラストマーの加硫温度にするための金型の温度の上昇E31と、エラストマーが完全に加硫処理されるまでの実際の加硫のステップE32とからなる、加硫ステップE3、
− 射出ステップE2と実際の加硫ステップE32との間の、1以上の温度保持、
− 金型を冷却し、時計部品を除去することからなる、冷却ステップE4、
− 射出第2ステップE2の第1時点の第1温度と、加硫第3ステップE3の第2時点の第2温度の間で実施される、射出成形金型の温度上昇のステップE31、
− 2つの低及び高温度値間で実施され、1以上の傾斜に従った、またはその他の曲線に従った、直線的な上昇であってもよい、温度上昇ステップ、
− 少なくとも1つの、または2または2以上の保持を有する、温度上昇、
− 保持または減速を必要としないよう方法の開始時の十分に低い温度からはじまり、射出ステップE2の終了前にプライマーの劣化温度に達することを防止可能な、射出成形金型の温度の上昇、
− 60℃以上120℃以下、または70℃以上110℃以下、または実質的に80℃または100℃に等しい、第1のいわゆる低温度への射出成形金型の加熱、
− 射出ステップの全部または一部にわたる、第1温度の維持、
− 第1温度から、150℃以上220℃以下、または160℃以上200℃以下、例えば実質的に180℃に等しい、第2のいわゆる高温度への金型の加熱、
− 加硫ステップの終了までの、第2温度の維持。
− エラストマーの射出温度に近い、いわゆる第1低温度範囲と、
− エラストマーの加硫温度と同じかまたはそれよりわずかに高い、いわゆる第2高温度範囲と、
− 低及び高温度の2つの値間の、直線的またはその他の曲線的上昇であってもよい、温度の上昇と、
− 前記高及び低温度値間の、直線的またはその他の曲線的低下であってもよい、温度の低下。
Claims (15)
- 金属インサートを射出成形金型内に配置することからなり、前記金属インサートの一表面は少なくとも部分的にプライマーで被覆されている、第1ステップ(E1)と、
前記金属インサートへエラストマー素材をオーバーモールドするために、前記射出成形金型内へ前記エラストマー素材を射出する、第2ステップ(E2)と、
前記エラストマー素材を加硫処理する、第3ステップ(E3)と、を含み、前記射出成形金型の前記温度は可変であり、前記方法は、前記射出第2ステップ(E2)中の第1時点での第1温度と、前記加硫第3ステップ(E3)中の第2時点での、前記第1温度よりも高い第2温度との間での、前記射出成形金型の温度上昇のステップ(E31)を含む、
時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記方法は、前記射出成形金型が特にその間に前記第1温度に達する第1段階(P1)と、前記射出成形金型を、前記射出ステップ(E2)中に射出された前記エラストマー素材の加硫処理を可能とするため、前記加硫ステップ(E3)中に前記エラストマー素材の加硫温度に実質的に対応する前記第2温度へ加熱することからなる第2段階(P2)とを含み、前記第1温度は前記プライマーの最大許容温度よりも低い、
請求項1に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記第1温度、及びまたは前記射出成形金型がその間に特に第1温度に達する第1段階(P1)の持続時間は、前記プライマーで被覆された前記インサートの前記表面の前記温度が、当該表面が射出された前記エラストマー素材で覆われる前に前記プライマーの前記最大許容温度を超えないように定義される、
請求項1または2に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記射出成形金型は、前記射出第2ステップ(E2)の全部または一部中、前記第1温度にされて前記第1温度に維持され、前記射出成形金型の前記第2温度は、少なくとも前記加硫第3ステップの終了時に到達される、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記時計部品が前記金型から取り除かれる前に、前記射出成形金型を冷却するステップ(E4)を含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記第1温度が60℃以上120℃以下、または70℃以上110℃以下、または80℃以上100℃以下である、及びまたは前記第2温度が150℃以上220℃以下、または160℃以上200℃以下、または実質的に180℃に等しい、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記射出成形金型の温度を、前記射出第2ステップ(E2)全体にわたり、前記第1温度に維持するステップ、
前記射出成形金型の前記温度を、前記第1及び第2温度の間で、実質的に直線的に上昇させるステップ、
少なくとも1つの温度保持及び少なくとも1つの温度傾斜を有する、または2つの保持または2以上の温度保持及びまたは1以上の温度傾斜を有する、前記射出成形金型の温度を上昇させるステップ、
の全部または一部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記プライマーの前記最大許容温度は、120℃以下、または100℃以下、または80℃以下である、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記金属インサートは、任意でCILBOND(登録商標)、MEGUM(登録商標)、 THIXONTM(登録商標)またはCHEMOSIL(登録商標)から選択されるプライマーにより覆われた、超弾性金属、特に金及びまたは銀の合金、または白金を含み、及びまたは前記エラストマー素材は、例えばFKM型のフルオロエラストマーである、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - 前記方法は、前記第1エラストマー素材を加硫処理するステップ(E3)後に、前記金属インサート上にオーバーモールドされたエラストマー素材を射出する前記ステップで使用されたのと同一の射出成形金型内に、第2エラストマー素材を射出する新規ステップを含み、及び前記方法は、前記新規の射出ステップに先駆けて、前記第1エラストマー素材への前記第2エラストマー素材の良好な接着を保証する温度へ、前記射出成型を加熱または冷却するステップを含む、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の時計部品の製造方法。 - エラストマー素材で覆われたメタルコアを含む時計部品であって、前記メタルコアは、1mm−1以上、または10mm−1以上、または20mm−1以上の体積に対する表面積の比を含み、及びまたは前記メタルコアは、5mm以下の、または2mm以下の、または0.5mm以下の薄い領域を含む、時計部品。
- 前記エラストマー素材と前記メタルコアとの間に、前記エラストマー素材の前記メタルコア周りへの接着を保証する、接着層を含む、
請求項11に記載の時計部品。 - 前記メタルコアは、金属帯、金属管、金属線、または金属線の集合の形状を有する、
請求項11または12に記載の時計部品。 - 前記時計部品は、リストストラップ、またはゴムで被覆された胴、またはエラストマーで被覆されたベゼル、またはエラストマーで被覆されたムーブメント部品である、
