Description
以下のステップを有する方法とされている:
a)被覆層と発泡芯材を加熱し、
b)発泡芯材の表面に被覆層を配置し(位置決めし)、
c)完成された合成部品を形成するプレス機又は押型内において発泡芯材と被覆層を配置し(位置決めし)、
d)プレス機内で発泡芯材と被覆層の形状を変更し、このとき、発泡芯材の表面上で被覆層の位置が変更可能とされ、
e)冷却とともにプレス機内で被覆層を発泡芯材に接着させ、
f)プレス機から部品を取り出す。
Claims (15)
- 発泡芯材(12)を有する合成部品(10)を製造する方法であって、前記発泡芯材は、第一の表面(14)及び第二の表面(16)において当該発泡芯材(12)と接着する第一の被覆層(18)ないし第二の被覆層(20)を備え、
以下の:
a)前記被覆層(18,20)と前記発泡芯材(12)を加熱し、
b)前記発泡芯材(12)の前記表面(14,16)に前記被覆層(18,20)を配置し、
c)完成された前記合成部品(10)を形成するプレス機又は押型(22)内において前記発泡芯材(12)と前記被覆層(18,20)を配置し、
d)前記プレス機又は前記押型(22)内で前記発泡芯材(12)と前記被覆層(18,20)の形状変更を行い、このとき、前記発泡芯材(12)の前記表面(14,16)上で前記被覆層(18,20)の位置が変更可能とされ、
e)冷却とともに前記プレス機又は前記押型(22)内で前記被覆層(18,20)を前記発泡芯材(12)に接着させ、
f)前記プレス機又は前記押型(22)から前記合成部品(10)を取り出す
ステップを有し、前記ステップa)〜f)を、前記プレス機又は前記押型(22)からの取り出し後に繰り返し、そのときに、別のプレス機又は押型(22)を用いることを特徴とする方法。 - 3〜45秒の期間で前記形状変更を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 30秒〜5分の期間で前記加熱を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 60〜300秒の期間で前記冷却と前記接着が行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記被覆層(18,20)を240℃〜380℃の温度に加熱するとともに、前記発泡芯材(12)を160℃〜200℃の温度に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記被覆層(18,20)と前記発泡芯材(12)との温度の違いを、加熱段階の最後における短時間の昇温により生み出すことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記プレス機又は前記押型(22)は、0.03N/cm2〜1.5N/cm2の圧力で前記合成部品(10)の形状を変更することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの被覆層(18,20)と前記発泡芯材(12)との間にフィルムないし接着層を設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- コーティング又は腐食防止処置により少なくとも一つの被覆層(18,20)を前処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡芯材(12)を少なくとも局所的に押圧し、厚さ方向に圧縮することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記被覆層(18,20)と前記発泡芯材(12)を加熱する前に、前記発泡芯材(12)の前記表面(14,16)に前記被覆層(18,20)を配置することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 発泡芯材(12)を有する合成部品(10)を製造する方法であって、前記発泡芯材は、第一及び第二の表面(14,16)において当該発泡芯材(12)と接着している第一ないし第二の被覆層(18,20)を有している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の合成部品(10)の製造方法。
- 前記合成部品において、前記第一の被覆層(18)は、アルミニウムからなり、0.2mm〜0.4mmの厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記合成部品において、前記第二の被覆層(20)は、0.2mm〜1.0mmの厚さを有した繊維強化プラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記合成部品において、前記発泡芯材(12)は、60mmまでの厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
