Abstract
Description
上述の実施の形態では、環境汚染物質として、窒素酸化物(NOx)を一例として説明したが、たとえば、排ガス規制の対象となる成分であればよく、特に窒素酸化物に限定されるものではない。環境汚染物質としては、たとえば、粒子状物質(PM:Particulate Matter)であってもよい。
今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (5)
- エンジンの制御装置であって、
エンジン回転数を検出する回転検出装置と、
燃料噴射量の指令値に基づいて前記エンジンの燃焼室内に燃料を供給する燃料供給装置と、
前記エンジンの出力の使用可能範囲を設定し、前記使用可能範囲内で前記エンジンの出力を制御する出力制御装置とを備え、
前記出力制御装置は、
前記燃料供給装置による燃料の供給量の指令値と前記回転検出装置により検出された前記エンジン回転数とから環境汚染物質の排出量を算出し、
現時点よりも前の時点である第1時点から現時点までの間に前記エンジンが排出した前記環境汚染物質の排出量の積算値を算出し、
前記第1時点から予め設定された所定時間後の時点である第2時点までの間における前記環境汚染物質の排出許容量を算出し、
算出された前記積算値と、算出された前記排出許容量との差分を算出し、
算出された前記差分を前記現時点から前記第2時点までの期間で除算した値を第1出力指標として算出し、
前記環境汚染物質の排出量が算出された前記第1出力指標以下となるように前記使用可能範囲を設定する、エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記出力制御装置は、前記供給量の指令値と前記エンジン回転数と予め定められたマップとから前記環境汚染物質の排出量を算出し、
前記予め定められたマップにおいては、複数の運転条件毎に前記排出量が設定され、
前記運転条件は、前記供給量と前記エンジン回転数とを含み、
前記出力制御装置は、前記環境汚染物質の排出量が前記第1出力指標以下となるように使用可能な前記運転条件の範囲を設定する、請求項1に記載のエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記出力制御装置は、前記第1出力指標が大きい場合には、前記第1出力指標が小さい場合よりも前記供給量および前記エンジン回転数のうちの少なくともいずれかの制御上限値を増加させる、請求項2に記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記環境汚染物質は、粒子状物質および窒素酸化物のうちの少なくともいずれかを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記出力制御装置は、前記現時点よりも前の時点であって、前記第1時点よりも後の時点である第3時点から前記現時点までの間の前記積算値と、前記第3時点から前記所定時間先の時点である第4時点までの間における前記排出許容量との差分を、前記現時点から前記第4時点までの期間で除算した値を第2出力指標として算出し、前記第1出力指標と前記第2出力指標とのうちのいずれか小さい方の値に基づいて前記使用可能範囲を設定する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のエンジンの制御装置。
