Abstract
【解決手段】スイッチング素子の過熱は、モータの回転数がゼロである場合に発生しやすい。回転数がゼロの場合、踏み込み量がゼロ%から所定量P2までは、アクセルペダルの踏み込み量の増大に対し、電流値が単調増加するように定められている。踏み込み量が所定量P2から100%までは、踏み込み量に関わらず、電流値は制限値Ithで一定である。

Claims (5)
- 走行用の駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータに交流を流すための複数のスイッチング素子を備えるインバータと、
前記駆動モータに流れる電流値を制御するためのアクセルペダルと、
前記アクセルペダルの踏み込み量と、前記駆動モータの回転数とに応じて、前記インバータに流れる電流値を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記駆動モータの回転数がゼロである場合、前記インバータに流れる電流値を、予め定められた最大値に50%以上100%未満の任意の値である所定割合を乗じた値である制限値以下に制御する
貨物自動車。 - 走行用の駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータに交流を流すための複数のスイッチング素子を備えるインバータと、
前記駆動モータに流れる電流値を制御するためのアクセルペダルと、
前記アクセルペダルの踏み込み量と、前記駆動モータの回転数とに応じて、前記インバータに流れる電流値を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記踏み込み量が100%である場合、前記回転数がゼロよりも小さい第1回転数のとき、及び前記回転数がゼロよりも大きい第2回転数のとき、予め定められた最大値に前記電流値を制御し、前記回転数がゼロのとき、前記最大値に50%以上100%未満の任意の値である所定割合を乗じた値である制限値に前記電流値を制御する
貨物自動車。 - 前記制御装置は、前記スイッチング素子の温度が第1の温度の場合は前記所定割合を第1の値に設定し、前記スイッチング素子の温度が前記第1の温度よりも低い第2の温度の場合は前記所定割合を前記第1の値よりも大きい第2の値に設定する
請求項1から請求項2までの何れか一項に記載の貨物自動車。 - 前記制御装置は、前記回転数がゼロである場合、前記踏み込み量が所定量以上のとき、前記電流値を前記制限値に一致させる
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の貨物自動車。 - 走行用の駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータに交流を流すための複数のスイッチング素子を備えるインバータと、
前記駆動モータに流れる電流値を制御するためのアクセルペダルと、
前記アクセルペダルの踏み込み量と、前記駆動モータの回転数とに応じて、前記インバータに流れる電流値を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記回転数がゼロである場合、前記踏み込み量が第1の量であるときは前記電流値を第1の値に制御し、前記踏み込み量が前記第1の量よりも大きい第2の量であるとき、及び前記第2の量よりも大きい第3の量であるときは前記電流値を前記第1の値よりも大きい第2の値に制御する
