Description
Claims (9)
- コンポーネント(5)を備えた流体供給システム(1)であって、
制御チャネル(6)に設けられたバルブ体(8)を有するバイパスバルブ(7)を備え、
上記バルブ体は、少なくとも、上記コンポーネント(5)に対する流体チャネル(21)を遮断する第1位置と、上記コンポーネント(5)をバイパスするバイパスチャネル(22)を遮断する第2位置との間を移動可能であり、
上記バルブ体(8)は、上記制御チャネル(6)を第1および第2チャンバ(10,11)に分けていて、上記第1チャンバ(10)を上記第2チャンバ(11)に連通させる漏れ開口(12)を有し、
上記第2チャンバ(11)に設けられ、上記バルブ体(8)を上記第2位置に向けて付勢するばね要素(13)を備え、
上記第2チャンバ(11)は、漏れチャネル(14)を介して流体タンク(9)に連通しており、
上記漏れチャネル(14)に設けられ、上記漏れチャネル(14)を少なくとも部分的に開閉するための切替可能なバルブ(15)と、
流体(17)の特性を検出して検出値を制御装置(18)に送る少なくとも1つの検出装置(16)とを備え、
上記制御装置(18)は、所定の特性に到達すると上記バルブ(15)を閉じ、それにより上記漏れチャネル(14)を塞ぐように設計されている
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。 - 請求項1において、
上記流体供給システム(1)は、潤滑剤供給システムとして、特に油供給システム(3)として設計されている
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記検出装置(16)は、温度検出装置として構成され、
上記制御装置(18)は、温度Tが117℃以上に到達したら上記バルブ(15)を閉じるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記バルブ体(8)は、上記バイパスチャネル(22)に対する第1開口(19)と、上記コンポーネント(5)に対する第2開口(20)とを側壁に有するバルブピストンとして構成されている
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。 - 請求項4において、
上記漏れ開口(12)は、上記バルブピストンの底部に設けられている
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記バルブ体(8)は、金属または樹脂でできている
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項において、
上記バルブ(15)は、ソレノイドバルブ、電気的スイッチ、バイメタルスイッチ、および/または膨張要素を有する
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項において、
上記コンポーネント(5)は、冷却器、変速機、またはフィルタ装置として構成されている
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の流体供給システム(1)を備えた内燃エンジン(2)。
