Claims (6)
- 通孔(A)の直径が可変する丸棒可変成形装置において、
中央にプレートホール(11)が設けられた円形のプレート部(12)が具備され、前記プレート部(12)に放射状に突出する6個のプレート突起(13)及び前記プレート部(12)の外周面に形成されるターンギア結合部(14)が具備されるメインボディ(10)と、
前記プレート突起(13)間に結合して前記プレート部(12)に載設される6個のスライド金型(21)と前記スライド金型(21)にそれぞれ結合して回転する成形ロール(22)が具備される丸棒成形部(20)と、
前記スライド金型(21)と前記ターンギア結合部(14)との間に結合し、外周面に2つのメインギア(31)が結合して、中心から直径が異なる円弧状のターンギア突出部(32)が内周面に6個具備されるドーナツ状のターンギア(30)と、
前面に2つの減速機モーター結合部(41)が形成され、前記メインボディ(10)の前面部に結合するメインボディカバー(40)と、
前記減速機モーター結合部(41)に結合し、駆動軸に前記メインギア(31)と噛み合って回転するピニオンギア(51)が具備される減速機モーター(50)と、から構成されることを特徴とする丸棒可変成形装置。 - 前記メインボディ(10)の外周面に6個のメインボディホール(15)が設けられ、前記スライド金型(21)を引っ張る6個のスライド金型スプリング(60)が、前記メインボディホール(15)に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の丸棒可変成形装置。
- 前記スライド金型(21)は、前記ターンギア(30)と当接する面に半円柱状のスライド金型突起(21a)が具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の丸棒可変成形装置。
- 前記丸棒成形部(20)に段差(16)が設けられ、前記段差(16)が設けられる丸棒成形部(20)と前記段差(16)が設けられない丸棒成形部(20)とが交互に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の丸棒可変成形装置。
- 前記段差(16)が設けられる側のターンギア突出部(32)と前記プレートホール(11)の中心との間の距離が、前記段差(16)が設けられない側のターンギア突出部(32)と前記プレートホール(11)の中心との間の距離よりも大きいか小さいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の丸棒可変成形装置。
- 前記段差(16)が設けられる側のスライド金型(21)と前記プレートホール(11)の中心との間の距離が、前記段差(16)が設けられない側のスライド金型(21)と前記プレートホール(11)の中心との間の距離よりも大きいか小さいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の丸棒可変成形装置。
