Abstract
Description
40回の洗濯後の遠赤外線の放射率は0.892%以上であり、遠赤外線の放射エネルギーは3.41×102W/m2・μm以上であることを特徴とする。
硫酸第二銅五水和物35重量%、硝酸銀5重量%、硫酸第一鉄20重量%、チオ硫酸ナトリウム20重量%、塩化マグネシウム3重量%、トリメチレンジアミン7重量%、水酸化ナトリウム7重量%及びクエン酸3重量%を混合して機能性硫化銅組成物を製造した。
硫酸第二銅五水和物35重量%、硝酸銀5重量%、硫酸第一鉄20重量%、チオ硫酸ナトリウム22.5重量%、塩化マグネシウム0.5重量%、トリメチレンジアミン7重量%、水酸化ナトリウム7重量%及びクエン酸3重量%を混合して機能性硫化銅組成物を製造したことを除いては実施例1と同一の方法で機能性ポリアミド繊維を製造した。
硫酸第二銅五水和物35重量%、硝酸銀5重量%、硫酸第一鉄20重量%、チオ硫酸ナトリウム17重量%、塩化マグネシウム10重量%、トリメチレンジアミン5重量%、水酸化ナトリウム5重量%及びクエン酸3重量%を混合して機能性硫化銅組成物を製造したことを除いては実施例1と同一の方法で機能性ポリアミド繊維を製造した。
硝酸銀を使用しないことを除いては実施例1と同一の方法で機能性ポリアミド繊維を製造した。
塩化マグネシウムを使用しないことを除いては実施例1と同一の方法で機能性ポリアミド繊維を製造した。
トリメチレンジアミンを使用しないことを除いては実施例1と同一の方法で機能性ポリアミド繊維を製造した。
水酸化ナトリウムを使用しないことを除いては実施例1と同一の方法で機能性ポリアミド繊維を製造した。
KSK0180(糸の電気抵抗性試験方法、2013)によって製造された繊維の比抵抗(Ω・cm)を測定した。
赤外線分光光度計による遠赤外線の放射率及び放射エネルギーの測定方法(KFIA−FI−1005)に基づいて温度37℃、試片と光源の距離62cmで光源(赤外線ランプ、150W)を試片に20分間照射した後、FT−IR spectrometerを用いて5〜20μm波長における遠赤外線の放射率(%)と放射エネルギー(W/m2・μm)を測定した。
繊維の耐洗濯性試験はKSK0430に規定された洗濯堅牢度試験方法に基づいて実施した。具体的に、繊維2gを市販用の洗剤5g/Lを含む溶液100mlが含有されたステンレスの容器に入れ、ここに鋼鉄玉10個を入れた後、40℃に維持される洗濯堅牢度試験器で30分間撹拌洗濯した。洗濯後、試料は水ですすいだ後、60℃以下で乾燥させた。かかる洗濯工程を所定回数反復して遂行し、その時の変色有無と比抵抗を測定した。
繊維1gを定量して温度60℃及び相対湿度95%が維持される恒温恒湿器に入れて放置した。放置後、12時間毎に繊維の変色有無と比抵抗を測定した。
繊維の表面に官能基を導入する前後の繊維の重量を比較して導入された官能基の含量を決定した。
Claims (7)
- 銅塩、金属塩、還元剤、硫黄化合物、触媒、多価アミン、アルカリ化合物及びpH調節剤を含む機能性硫化銅組成物。
- 銅塩10〜40重量%、金属塩1〜10重量%、還元剤5〜30重量%、硫黄化合物5〜30重量%、触媒1〜5重量%、多価アミン1〜10重量%、アルカリ化合物1〜10重量%及びpH調節剤1〜5重量%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性硫化銅組成物。
- 前記銅塩は硫酸第二銅塩、塩化第二銅塩、硝酸第二銅塩、酢酸第二銅塩及び硫酸第二銅アンモニウム塩から選択される1つ以上であり、前記金属塩は金、銀、白金、ニッケル、マンガン、コバルト、クロム、亜鉛、パラジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、オスミウム、マグネシウム、鉄及びイリジウムから選択される1つ以上の金属の無機酸塩または有機酸塩であり、
前記還元剤は金属銅、ヒドロキシルアミン、硫酸第一鉄、バナジウム酸アンモニウム、フルフラール、次リン酸ナトリウム、次亜リン酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム、グルコース及びフェニル化合物から選択される1つ以上であり、
前記硫黄化合物は硫化ナトリウム、二酸化硫黄、亜硫酸、亜硫酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム、ピロ亜硫酸ナトリウム、次亜硫酸、次亜硫酸ナトリウム、チオ硫酸ナトリウム、チオ硫酸カリウム、チオ硫酸アンモニウム、二酸化チオ尿素、硫化水素及びホルムアルデヒドスルホキシル酸ナトリウムから選択される1つ以上であり、
前記触媒は塩化マグネシウム、塩化カリウム、塩化カルシウム、酢酸亜鉛、塩化アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、炭酸アンモニウム及び硝酸アンモニウムから選択される1つ以上であり、前記多価アミンはメチレンジアミン、エチレンジアミン、トリメチレンジアミン、テトラメチレンジアミン、ペンタメチレンジアミン、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、ヘプタメチレンジアミン、ジエチレントリアミン、トリエチレンテトラミン、テトラエチレンペンタミン及びペンタエチレンヘキサミンから選択される1つ以上であり、
前記アルカリ化合物は水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム及び炭酸水素カリウムから選択される1つ以上であり、
前記pH調節剤は硫酸、塩酸、リン酸、硝酸、クエン酸、酢酸及びこれらの塩から選択される1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性硫化銅組成物。 - 植物性繊維、動物性繊維、合成繊維及び再生繊維から選択されるいずれか1つ以上の繊維を第1項の機能性硫化銅組成物で処理して製造され、
前記繊維表面にチオール基、チオカルボニル基、チオウレア基、アゾール基、アミノ基、シアノ基及びアミド基から選択される1つ以上の官能基が導入されており、
前記官能基に硫化銅及び金属硫化物が配位結合され、
前記官能基は全体繊維重量に対して1〜10重量%であり、
前記硫化銅は全体繊維重量に対して1〜15重量%であり、
前記金属硫化物は全体繊維重量に対して0.1〜5重量%である機能性繊維。 - 前記機能性繊維の37℃、5〜20μmで遠赤外線の放射率は0.895%以上であり、遠赤外線の放射エネルギーは3.45×102W/m2・μm以上であり、
40回の洗濯後の遠赤外線の放射率は0.892%以上であり、遠赤外線の放射エネルギーは3.41×102W/m2・μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機能性繊維。 - 前記機能性繊維は抗菌、消臭、遠赤外線の放射、傷の治癒、肌の老化防止、蓄熱及び保温、電磁波の遮蔽及び静電気の除去から選択される1つ以上の機能を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機能性繊維。
- 請求項4の機能性繊維を含む成型品において、前記成型品は衣類、靴下、手袋、帯、腹帯、マスク、帽子、包帯、スカーフ、寝具類、やけど用パッド、病院用ガウンまたは産業用フィルターであることを特徴とする成型品。
