- 製造すべきステントと同一の直径R及び長さLを有する円筒体の円周W及び長さLを等間隔で分配して設定した円周分割線と長さ分割線が交差する全ての位置点にそれぞれ着脱可能な突出ピンが設置されたジグを使い、ある一基準となる位置点を開始点として出発した後、対角線方向に位置する突出ピンを経由するようにワイヤを上下に折り曲げて移動しながらワイヤ間の交差によってセルを形成するステント製造方法であって、
前記ジグの一端の第1開始点から前記ジグの他端の第1地点まで第1ワイヤをジグザグに折り曲げながら移動させて第1胴体の一部を形成するA段階、
前記第1地点から前記ジグの他端の第1転換点まで前記第1ワイヤをジグザグに折り曲げるパターンを繰り返して下部第1ヘッドを形成するB段階、
前記第1転換点から前記ジグの一端の第2地点まで前記第1ワイヤをジグザグに折り曲げながら移動させて第1胴体の一部を形成するC段階、及び、
前記第2地点から前記第1開始点まで前記第1ワイヤをジグザグに折り曲げるパターンを繰り返して上部第1ヘッドを形成するD段階、を含み、
前記A段階は、

- 前記B段階は、前記第1地点から前記第1ワイヤを下方の対角線方向に2Lだけ移動させるB−1段階、前記B−1段階で移動された位置点から前記第1ワイヤを上方の対角線方向にLだけ移動させた後、その位置点からさらに下方の対角線方向にLだけ移動させることで形成されたジグザグに折り曲げられたパターンを繰り返すB−2段階、及び、前記B−2段階で移動された位置点から前記第1ワイヤを上方の対角線方向に2Lだけ移動させて前記第1転換点に位置させるB−3段階、を含み、前記B−2段階で移動された位置点は前記第1地点と同じ円周分割線上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のステント製造方法。
- 前記D段階は、前記第2地点から前記第1ワイヤを上方の対角線方向に2Lだけ移動させるD−1段階、前記D−1段階で移動された位置点から前記第1ワイヤを下方の対角線方向にLだけ移動させた後、その位置点からさらに上方の対角線方向にLだけ移動させることで形成されたジグザグに折り曲げられたパターンを繰り返すD−2段階、及び、前記D−2段階で移動された位置点から前記第1ワイヤを下方の対角線方向に2Lだけ移動させて前記第1開始点に位置させるD−3段階、を含み、前記D−2段階で移動された位置点は前記第2地点と同じ円周分割線上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のステント製造方法。

- 前記第2開始点は、前記第1開始点が位置する長さ分割線と対称な長さ分割線上で円周方向に円周分割線を奇数間だけ移動した位置に相当することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のステント製造方法。
- 前記第3地点は、前記E−1段階及び前記E−2段階が交互に進行されることで形成された複数の前記E−1段階の終了点のうち前記第2開始点が位置する長さ分割線と対称な長さ分割線上に位置する終了点に相当し、前記第4地点は、前記G−1段階及び前記G−2段階が交互に進行されることで形成された複数の前記G−1段階の終了点のうち前記第2開始点と同じ長さ分割線上に位置する終了点に相当することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のステント製造方法。
