実施例1−6:連続流プロセスによるMn 4+ ドープK 2 SiF 6 の調製
手順
反応容器として使用した2000mlの分液漏斗を約300RPMの速度で撹拌した。3つの蠕動ポンプを使用して、すべての流量に対して厳密な制御を維持した。流量は、溶液A及び溶液Bについては15〜40mL/分、溶液3については30〜100mL/分の間に設定した。実施例1〜6の溶液A〜Cの間の原料の量及び配分を表2に示す。
比較例1及び2については、粒径及びスパンがより大きいスケールで増加したことが分かり、D10、D50及びD90は21%〜25%増加し、分布のスパンは1.20から1.54に増加した。対照的に、実施例1〜6の蛍光体では、スパンはバッチサンプルの場合よりも劇的に狭く、0.74〜0.87の範囲であり、D50は15μm〜31μmの範囲であった。実施例3及び5については、蛍光体のQEは、プロセスにおいてより多量のHFを使用した実施例1、2及び4の蛍光体のQEと比較して低減された。実施例6〜8は、より高いドーパントレベルで狭い粒径分布を達成できることを実証している。
