Abstract
The present invention relates to a liquid composition-manufacturing device (I). which includes two stirring tanks (10A, 10B), each stirring tank including a tank bod y (11) that accommodates a common component liquid (B) and a feature-imparting component (C); and a stirring blade (12) that mixes the various components. in which the tan k body has an inner tank wall surface (11A) and an inner bottom surface (11B) formed into smooth surfaces; the ratio between the inner diameter (D) of the tank body and the maximum liquid surface height (h) is set to the range of 0.9 to 2.0; the stirring blade is disposed in the vicinity of the inner bottom surface of the tank bod y and is composed of a single row of rotating blades; the production capacity S is 1 (ton/hr) to 30 (ton/hr): the maximum holding capacity of the stirring tank is I 000 kg or less: the extract ion time T for the liquid composition (A) from the stirring tank is 2 (min) to 8 (min ): the relationship between the extraction time T. the preparation time L and the stirring time t is represented by the following expression [T?1+t} : and the stirring t ime t is I (min) or longer. The present invention provides a liquid composition-manufacturing device and a liquid composition-manufacturing method, which are capable of uniformly stirring and mixing high-viscosity components in a short period of time and capable of manufacturing a high-quality liquid composition with excellent cleaning performance and high productivity.
