Claims (9)
- 2つのシリンダ(1、2)内でタンデム配置に案内される2つのピストン(3、4)と、コネクティングロッド(5、6)によって前記ピストン(3、4)と結合される2つの逆回転するクランク軸(7、8)と、を有する2気筒レシプロエンジンと、第1のクランク軸(7)に対して反対方向に、且つ、第2のクランク軸(8)に対して同方向に、回転可能であるジェネレータ(11)と、を備えた、特にハイブリッド車のための、パワーユニットであって、
前記ジェネレータ(11)は、トラクション手段を介して少なくとも前記第1のクランク軸(7)と駆動結合され、且つ、バランス質量(13)を有しており、前記第1のクランク軸(7)は、更なるバランス質量(14)を担持するバランス軸(12)とタイミングチェーン(18)又はタイミングベルトを介して結合されている、ことを特徴とするパワーユニット。 - 前記トラクション手段は、歯付きベルト又は歯付きチェーン(15)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパワーユニット。
- 前記第1のクランク軸(7)と前記第2のクランク軸(8)とが、互いに直接歯車係合していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のパワーユニット。
- 前記トラクション手段が両側に歯切りを有する歯付きチェーン(15)であり、前記歯付きチェーン(15)の外側(15a)が前記第1のクランク軸(7)のスプロケット(9)と、且つ、内側(15b)が前記第2のクランク軸(8)のスプロケット(10)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のパワーユニット。
- 前記第1のクランク軸(7)又は前記バランス軸(12)は、フライホイール質量(22)を担持していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニット。
- 前記クランク軸(7、8)とジェネレータ(11)及び/又はバランス軸(12)との変速比は2:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニット。
- 前記第1のクランク軸(7)は、タイミングチェーン(18)又はタイミングベルトを介してタイミング駆動装置(19)の中間歯車(20)と連結される、タイミング歯車(21)を有しており、前記中間歯車の直径がタイミング歯車(21)の直径の2倍に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニット。
- 単一のジェネレータ(11)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニット。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニットを備えた車両、特にハイブリッド車。
