Abstract

本发明属于新能源汽车领域,具体涉及一种用于混动汽车的发动机组,其具有平衡组件,它包括速度传感器、控制器、泵、气囊和水银气囊、空心平衡块、空心曲轴和管道,当发动机转速增加时,泵向内部流通细管和水银气囊注入水银,平衡块重量持续增加。当发动机速度降低时,泵向气囊注入空气,水银气囊及管道内的水银被压回水箱。随不同工况改变重量的平衡组件,对发动机组进行相应的平衡性调节,使发动机组运行的平顺性和振动特性得到改善。

本发明属于新能源汽车领域,特别涉及一种用于混动汽车的发动机组。
背景技术
混动车辆领域的带有发电机的引擎机组,对运行的平顺性、低振动性的要求较高。奥柏里斯特科技有限公司的专利产品电力单元利用发电机上承载的平衡块对惯性力进行平衡,使得发动机组的平顺性和振动特性得到改进。(参考专利文献CN107107728A)
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于混动汽车的发动机组,其具有平衡组件,它能够对不同发动机工况下的不同惯性力进行不同的平衡操作,使发动机组运行的平顺性和振动特性得到改进。
发动机组包括:发电机,发动机和发动机平衡组件;
发动机平衡组件包括:
速度传感器,用于检测发动机空心曲轴转速;
外置金属盒体,其与发动机外壳固定相连,内配置有控制器、水银泵、水银容器;
气泵,与发动机外壳固定相连,用于气体的鼓入和抽取;
空心曲轴,其内腔设置有内部流通细管;
第一连接件,一端与外部水银流通管道固定连接,另一端具有滚动轴承,滚动轴承与内部流通细管连接;
第二连接件,在空心曲轴的另一侧,一端与外部气体流通管道固定连接,另一端具有滚动轴承,滚动轴承与内部气体流通细管连接;
外部水银流通管道,一端接口连接在水银容器底部,另一端接口通过泵与第一连接件固定一端连接;
外部气体流通管道,一端接口连接在气泵,另一端接口与第二连接件固定一端连接,
内部水银流通细管,其设置在空心曲轴内;
内部气体流通细管,其设置在空心曲轴内;
空心平衡块,其设置在空心曲轴上;
水银气囊,固定在内部水银流通细管分支顶端小孔处,位于空心平衡块空腔内;
气囊,固定在内部气体流通细管分支顶端小孔处,位于空心平衡块空腔内;
控制器,其信号连接到速度传感器、水银泵和气泵,用于根据速度传感器电信号控制水银泵和气泵的运行;
控制器被配置为:
当速度传感器检测到发动机空心转轴转速开始增加时,发动机因转动产生的惯性力增加,控制器控制气泵运行第一时间向外抽取气囊内气体,气囊体积减小,同时控制水银泵运行第一时间以向外部水银流通管道内注入水银,水银流入外部水银流通管道,经第一连接件注入内部水银流通细管,通过位于空心平衡块中心位置的内部水银流通细管,流入平衡块空腔内的水银气囊内,平衡组件的重量得到增加,使得平衡组件的平衡能力与增大的发动机惯性力相适配;
第一时间长度与发动机转速增加速率成正比;
当速度传感器检测到发动机空心转轴转速开始降低时,发动机因转动产生的惯性力降低,控制器控制气泵运行第二时间向气囊内充气,水银气囊内水银被挤出,经过内部水银流通细管、第一连接件从外部水银流通管道流回水银容器内,平衡组件的重量得到减小,使得平衡组件的平衡能力与减小的发动机惯性力相适配;
第二时间的长度与发动机转速降低的速率成正比。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了注入水银的方法调节平衡块的重量,使平衡块的重量随发动机转速变化而变化,实现了发动机平衡性调节的自动化,使发动机组运行的平顺性和振动特性得到改进。

下面参照附图,详细描述本系统的结构以及所实现的功能。
速度传感器1,用于检测发动机空心曲轴转速;
外置金属盒体2,其与发动机外壳固定相连,内配置有控制器12、水银泵3、水银容器4;
气泵5,与发动机外壳固定相连,用于气体的鼓入和抽取;
空心曲轴6,其内腔设置有内部流通细管;
第一连接件7,一端与外部水银流通管道固定连接,另一端具有滚动轴承,滚动轴承与内部流通细管连接;
第二连接件8,在空心曲轴的另一侧,一端与外部气体流通管道固定连接,另一端具有滚动轴承,滚动轴承与内部气体流通细管连接;
外部水银流通管道9,一端接口连接在水银容器底部,另一端接口通过泵与第一连接件7固定一端连接;
外部气体流通管道10,一端接口连接在气泵10,另一端接口与第二连接件8固定一端连接;
内部水银流通细管11,其设置在空心曲轴内;
内部气体流通细管12,其设置在空心曲轴内;
空心平衡块13,其设置在空心曲轴上;
水银气囊14,固定在内部水银流通细管分支顶端小孔处,位于空心平衡块空腔内;
气囊15,固定在内部气体流通细管分支顶端小孔处,位于空心平衡块空腔内;
控制器16,其信号连接到速度传感器、水银泵和气泵,用于根据速度传感器电信号控制水银泵和气泵的运行;
控制器16被配置为:
当速度传感器检测到发动机空心转轴转速开始增加时,发动机因转动产生的惯性力增加,控制器16控制气泵运行第一时间向外抽取气囊15内气体,气囊15体积减小,同时控制水银泵3运行第一时间以向外部水银流通管道内注入水银,水银流入外部水银流通管道,经第一连接件7注入内部水银流通细管,通过位于空心平衡块中心位置的内部水银流通细管,流入平衡块空腔内的水银气囊14内,平衡组件的重量得到增加,使得平衡组件的平衡能力与增大的发动机惯性力相适配;
第一时间长度与发动机转速增加速率成正比;
当速度传感器检测到发动机空心转轴转速开始降低时,发动机因转动产生的惯性力降低,控制器16控制气泵5运行第二时间向气囊15内充气,水银气囊14内水银被挤出,经过内部水银流通细管、第一连接件7从外部水银流通管道流回水银容器内,平衡组件的重量得到减小,使得平衡组件的平衡能力与减小的发动机惯性力相适配;
第二时间的长度与发动机转速降低的速率成正比。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的发动机组,发动机组包括:发电机,发动机和发动机平衡组件;其特征在于,所述发动机平衡组件包括:速度传感器,用于检测发动机空心曲轴转速;
外置金属盒体,其与发动机外壳固定相连,内配置有控制器、水银泵、水银容器;
气泵,与发动机外壳固定相连,用于气体的鼓入和抽取;
空心曲轴,其内腔设置有内部流通细管;
第一连接件,一端与外部水银流通管道固定连接,另一端具有滚动轴承,滚动轴承与内部流通细管连接;
第二连接件,在空心曲轴的另一侧,一端与外部气体流通管道固定连接,另一端具有滚动轴承,滚动轴承与内部气体流通细管连接;
外部水银流通管道,一端接口连接在水银容器底部,另一端接口通过泵与第一连接件固定一端连接;
外部气体流通管道,一端接口连接在气泵,另一端接口与第二连接件固定一端连接,内部水银流通细管,其设置在空心曲轴内;
内部气体流通细管,其设置在空心曲轴内;
空心平衡块,其设置在空心曲轴上;
水银气囊,固定在内部水银流通细管分支顶端小孔处,位于空心平衡块空腔内;
气囊,固定在内部气体流通细管分支顶端小孔处,位于空心平衡块空腔内;
控制器,其信号连接到速度传感器、水银泵和气泵,用于根据速度传感器电信号控制水银泵和气泵的运行;
控制器被配置为:
当速度传感器检测到发动机空心转轴转速开始增加时,发动机因转动产生的惯性力增加,控制器控制气泵运行第一时间向外抽取气囊内气体,气囊体积减小,同时控制水银泵运行第一时间以向外部水银流通管道内注入水银,水银流入外部水银流通管道,经第一连接件注入内部水银流通细管,通过位于空心平衡块中心位置的内部水银流通细管,流入平衡块空腔内的水银气囊内,平衡组件的重量得到增加,使得平衡组件的平衡能力与增大的发动机惯性力相适配;
第一时间长度与发动机转速增加速率成正比;
