Abstract
Description
材料:高純度炭酸ストロンチウム(SrCO3)、酸化ケイ素(SiO2)及び酸化ユーロピウム(Eu2O3)(99.9%)並びに高純度臭化アンモニウム(NH4Br)(98+%)を、さらに精製することなく使用した。すべての原材料を、325メッシュで篩い分けした。
生成した蛍光体を325メッシュで篩い分けし、次いでX線回折によって特徴付けた。粉末X線回折パターンは、PANalytical回折計を使用して、Bragg−BrentanoジオメトリのCu−Kα放射線により得られた。X線回折研究は、Bragg−Brentano法により対陰極として銅(Cu)を用いたKα線を使用して行った。最初のサンプルは明るい発光を示し、X線回折(XRD)研究は3つの異なる相を決定した。決定された相は、当技術分野では知られておらず、合成された化合物とデータベースに存在する他の化合物との構造的類似性は見出されなかったので、リートベルト解析は行わなかった。
Claims (25)
- 蛍光体組成物であって、
10原子%以上の臭素と、
ケイ素、ゲルマニウム又はそれらの組合せと、
酸素と、
亜鉛(Zn)、マグネシウム(Mg)、カルシウム(Ca)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、バリウム(Ba)又はそれらの組合せを含む金属Mと、
ユーロピウムを含む賦活剤と
を含む、蛍光体組成物。 - 組成物が、塩素、フッ素、ヨウ素又はそれらの組合せを含む追加のハロゲン成分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の蛍光体組成物。
- 臭素の追加のハロゲン成分に対する比が約1:1を超える、請求項2に記載の蛍光体組成物。
- 組成物が、マンガン、スズ、クロム、ビスマス、鉛、アンチモン、ランタニド元素又はそれらの組合せをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の蛍光体組成物。
- 組成物が公称式M5Z2O7(Br4-nXn):Aの相を含む(式中、MはZn、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba又はそれらの組合せを含み、Zはケイ素(Si)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)又はそれらの組合せを含み、Xはフッ素(F)、塩素(Cl)、ヨウ素(I)又はそれらの組合せから選択される追加のハロゲンであり、nは0〜2の数であり、Aはユーロピウムを含む賦活剤である。)、請求項1に記載の蛍光体組成物。
