Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- センサアッセンブリであって、
感知素子であって、当該感知素子から延在する少なくとも1つの電気リードを備える、前記感知素子と、
前記感知素子を包囲するチューブと、
材料であって、前記材料が、前記少なくとも1つの電気リードを囲み、且つ、前記少なくとも1つの電気リードの周りに空間を規定し、それにより、温度勾配が押し込みおよび引っ張りを引き起こすとき、前記少なくとも1つの電気リードが前記空間内を移動する、前記材料と、
を含む、センサアッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサアッセンブリが、さらに、
前記チューブに接続され、前記材料を囲むスリーブと、
前記少なくとも1つの電気リードに接続される、少なくとも1つのリード延在部と、
前記チューブの遠位端において前記感知素子を固定する遠位材料と、
を含み、前記遠位材料および前記材料が、それらの間にエアギャップを規定する、
センサアッセンブリ。 - 請求項2に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、前記感知素子が温度感知素子であり、前記材料が絶縁材料であり、前記遠位材料が絶縁材料であり、前記少なくとも1つのリード延在部と前記少なくとも1つの電気リードとの間の接続ポイントが前記材料によって支持され、前記スリーブが、前記少なくとも1つの電気リードが通過する中間湾曲部を有する、センサアッセンブリ。
- 請求項3に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、前記湾曲部が、15度〜110度の間の曲げ角度αを有する、センサアッセンブリ。
- 請求項2に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、
前記少なくとも1つの電気リードが2つのリードであり、
さらに、
前記2つのリードに接続された編組供給ラインであって、前記編組供給ラインが、温度勾配による前記2つのリードの運動を吸収するように、前記中間湾曲部内に配置および構成される、前記編組供給ラインと
前記スリーブの近位端において前記編組供給ラインを固定する近位材料と、
前記編組供給ラインを保護、支持、および、電気的に絶縁するためのカバーと、
を含む、センサアッセンブリ。 - 請求項2に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、さらに、排気システムに前記センサアッセンブリを連結するため、前記スリーブ上に搭載されるコネクタを含む、センサアッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、前記少なくとも1つの電気リードがスプリング部を有する、センサアッセンブリ。
- 請求項7に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、前記材料を囲む前記チューブの第1の部分が排気ガスに晒され、前記チューブの第2の部分が周囲条件に晒され、前記スプリング部が前記第2の部分内にある、センサアッセンブリ。
- 請求項8に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、前記材料が、前記チューブの前記第1および第2の部分内に延在する、センサアッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、さらに、
前記チューブに接続され、前記材料を囲む、スリーブを含み、前記少なくとも1つの電気リードが前記スリーブを通って延在し、温度勾配の結果として生じる運動を吸収するため、前記スリーブ内に正弦曲線形状を形成する、センサアッセンブリ。 - 請求項10に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、前記正弦曲線形状が2つの弧状のセクションを含む、センサアッセンブリ。
- 請求項10に記載のセンサアッセンブリであって、さらに、前記少なくとも1つのリードに電気絶縁および機械的ダンピングを提供するため、前記スリーブ上に内層を含む、センサアッセンブリ。
- センサアッセンブリであって、
感知素子であって、当該感知素子から延在する電気リードを備え、前記電気リードがスプリング部を有する、前記感知素子と、
前記感知素子を包囲するチューブと、
材料であって、前記材料が、前記少なくとも1つの電気リードを囲み、前記電気リードの周りに空間を規定し、それにより、温度勾配が押し込みおよび引っ張りを引き起こすとき、前記少なくとも1つの電気リードが前記空間内を移動し、前記スプリング部が歪み解放を提供する、前記材料と、
を含む、センサアッセンブリ。
