Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関23は、軸受39に連結されるジャーナル37bを有して、回転自在にクランクケース24に支持されるクランクシャフト37と、ジャーナル37bよりも小さい径でクランクケース24の外側に突出するクランクシャフト37の先端に固定される動力伝達ギア55と、軸受39および動力伝達ギア55の間に配置されたカラー部材56の外周に固定されて、クランクシャフト37に相対回転不能に支持される被検知体82と、被検知体82の軌道に向き合わせられて被検知体82の動きを検知してパルス信号を生成する検知センサー83とを備える。

Claims (6)
- クランク室(42)を区画するクランクケース(24)と、
軸受(39)に連結されるジャーナル(37b)を有して、回転自在に前記クランクケース(24)に支持されるクランクシャフト(37)と、
前記ジャーナル(37b)よりも小さい径で前記クランクケース(24)の外側に突出するクランクシャフト(37)の先端に固定される動力伝達ギア(55)と、
前記軸受(39)および前記動力伝達ギア(55)の間に挟まれるカラー部材(56)の外周に設けられて、前記クランクシャフト(37)に相対回転不能に支持される被検知体(82)と、
前記被検知体(82)の軌道に向き合わせられて前記被検知体(82)の動きを検知してパルス信号を生成する検知センサー(83)と
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関において、前記カラー部材(56)の内周面に形成されて前記クランクシャフト(37)の軸方向に延びるキー溝(58)と、前記クランクシャフト(37)の外周から突出して前記キー溝(58)に嵌まり込むキー部材(59)とを備えることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関において、前記クランクケース(24)を挟んで前記動力伝達ギア(55)の反対側で前記クランクシャフト(37)の軸方向に前記クランクケース(24)から外側に突出する前記クランクシャフト(37)の先端に接続される交流発電機(47)を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関において、前記被検知体(82)は前記カラー部材(56)に一体化されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関において、前記検知センサー(83)はシリンダーブロック(25)の車体後方で前記クランクケース(24)の上面に設けられることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関において、前記クランクシャフト(37)の前記先端を支持するケースカバー(93)をさらに備えることを特徴とする内燃機関。
