Abstract
【解決手段】金属磁性材料11および樹脂12を含む圧粉磁心である。金属磁性材料11を被覆している絶縁膜13が存在する。金属磁性材料11と絶縁膜13との間に、金属磁性材料11の表面および絶縁膜13と接する中間層14が存在する。金属磁性材料11は金属磁性材料全体を100wt%として85〜99.5wt%のFe、0.5〜10wt%のSi、および、0〜5wt%のその他の元素を含む。中間層14はFe−Si−O系の酸化物からなる。絶縁膜13はSi−O系の酸化物からなる。

金属磁性材料および樹脂を含み、
前記金属磁性材料を被覆している絶縁膜が存在し、
前記金属磁性材料と前記絶縁膜との間に、前記金属磁性材料の表面および前記絶縁膜と接する中間層が存在し、
前記金属磁性材料は前記金属磁性材料全体を100wt%として85〜99.5wt%のFe、0.5〜10wt%のSi、および、0〜5wt%のその他の元素を含み、
前記中間層はFe−Si−O系の酸化物からなり、
前記絶縁膜はSi−O系の酸化物からなることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 金属磁性材料および樹脂を含み、
前記金属磁性材料を被覆している絶縁膜が存在し、
前記金属磁性材料と前記絶縁膜との間に、前記金属磁性材料の表面および前記絶縁膜と接する中間層が存在し、
前記金属磁性材料は前記金属磁性材料全体を100wt%として85〜99.5wt%のFe、0.5〜10wt%のSi、および、0〜5wt%のその他の元素を含み、
前記中間層はFe−Si−O系の酸化物からなり、
前記絶縁膜はSi−O系の酸化物からなることを特徴とする圧粉磁心。 - 前記中間層に含まれるFeの含有量およびSiの含有量の合計を100wt%とし、前記中間層に含まれるFeの含有量をWFe(wt%)、前記中間層に含まれるSiの含有量をWSi(wt%)とする場合において、
6.0<WFe/WSi<9.0を満たす請求項1に記載の圧粉磁心。 - 前記中間層の厚みをD(nm)とする場合において、
0<D<50nmを満たす請求項1または2に記載の圧粉磁心。
