- 前記細長い溝が、前記プレートの近位と遠位との間、及び中間と横との間の調節を可能にする、請求項1に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記移行領域が、前記縦軸に対してある角度で延在する、請求項1に記載の安定化システム。

前記固定角度の孔内に受容されるように構成された複数の固定角度の締結具と、
前記多軸孔内に受容されるように構成された多軸締結具と、
前記細長い溝内に受容されるように構成された締結具であって、前記細長い溝が、前記プレートの近位と遠位との間、及び中間と横との間の調節を可能にする、締結具と、を備える、安定化システム。 - 前記移行領域が、前記縦軸に対してある角度で延在する、請求項10に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記拡大ヘッド部分が、前記移行領域に対してある角度で延在する、請求項10に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記複数の締結具が、前記プレート上の前記複数の貫通孔のうちの少なくとも1つに係止するように構成された、前記締結具のヘッド部分上に自己形成ねじ山を有する締結具を含む、請求項10に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記プレートが、1つ以上のKワイヤを受容するためのKワイヤ孔として構成された第2の複数の開口をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の安定化システム。
