Claims (7)
- 骨を安定化するための安定化システムであって、
長手方向軸に沿って延在する細長い部分及び前記細長い部分から延在する拡大頭部分を備え、複数の貫通孔を備える、骨プレートと、
上位部分及び前記上位部分から延在する下位部分を備え、前記上位部分及び前記下位部分が複数の孔を含む、髄内釘と、
前記骨プレート内の前記複数の貫通孔のうちの1つ以上を通り、かつ前記髄内釘内の前記複数の孔のうちの1つ以上を通って前記骨内に延在し互いに斜めに配向されるように構成された、複数の締結具と、を備え、
前記拡大頭部分は、前記長手方向軸に対してある角度で延在し、
前記複数の貫通孔は、上位部分及び下位部分を有し、前記複数の貫通孔の上位部分は、前記骨プレートの上面を切断した円錐直線テーパ状表面を有するテーパ状に形成され、前記複数の貫通孔の下位部分は、円錐直線テーパ状表面を有するテーパ状に形成され、前記複数の貫通孔の上位部分及び下位部分は、異なる程度のテーパである異なる円錐区分を有する、安定化システム。 - 前記複数の貫通孔は、第1の多軸開口及び第2の多軸開口を備え、前記複数の締結具は、前記第1の多軸開口及び前記第2の多軸開口内に受容されるように構成され、かつ上腕骨近位のカルカー領域に向けられるように構成された多軸カルカーねじを備える、請求項1に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記複数の貫通孔は、前記プレートの前記拡大頭部分上に位置付けられた複数の固定角開口を備え、前記複数の締結具は、それぞれの固定角開口及び前記髄内釘の前記上位部分内に受容されるように構成され、かつ上腕骨頭に向けられるように構成された固定角係止ねじを備える、請求項1に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記複数の貫通孔は、前記プレートの前記細長い部分上に位置付けられた複数の細長いスロットを備え、前記複数の締結具は、前記骨の動的圧縮を許容するように、前記複数の細長いスロットのうちの少なくとも1つ内に、かつ前記髄内釘の前記下位部分内の前記複数の孔のうちの1つ内に受容されるように構成された少なくとも1つの多軸ねじを備える、請求項1に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記複数の締結具は、締結具であって、前記締結具の頭部分上にセルフフォーミングねじ山を有し、前記プレート上の前記複数の貫通孔のうちの少なくとも1つに係止するように構成される、締結具を含む、請求項1に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記髄内釘の前記下位部分は、髄内管内に位置付けられるように構成され、前記髄内釘の前記上位部分は、上腕骨頭内に位置付けられるように構成される、請求項1に記載の安定化システム。
- 前記プレートは、前記プレートを周囲組織に固設するように構成された縫合糸を受容するための縫合孔として構成された第2の複数の開口をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の安定化システム。
