Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种固定板,尤其涉及一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板。一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,包括干体主板、颈体主板和弧型钩翼板,干体主板和颈体主板为一体成型的金属板,板厚为1.0mm-3.5mm,金属板和弧型钩翼板之间为可拆卸的相互连接,新设计的尺骨远端骨折的内固定板符合尺骨远端的解剖特点,既能加强螺钉固定的把持力、避免螺钉松动,又能维持骨折的解剖复位与固定,使下尺桡关节及尺腕关节维持在正常解剖位置上。

一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定板,尤其涉及一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板。
背景技术
尺骨远端骨折通常指尺骨远端5cm以内的骨折,包括尺骨茎突、尺骨头、尺骨颈及部分下1/3的骨干。尺骨远端解剖结构的破坏直接导致下尺桡关节、三角纤维软骨和骨间膜的破坏,从而严重影响腕部和前臂的功能恢复。因而,尺骨的稳定性决定了下尺桡关节和前臂旋转功能的稳定。由于尺骨远端解剖结构的特殊,使得此部位发生骨折后进行复位与固定也就变得较为困难。对于传统小夹板、石膏外固定难以掌握好松紧度,过紧担心骨筋膜综合征及压疮等发生,过松又易增加骨折移位的可能而导致治疗失败。现多主张切开复位内固定,克氏针内固定不能防旋转,固定不牢靠,易增加针孔激惹与感染风险。因尺骨远端软组织覆盖较少,对接骨板的厚度及解剖形态要求极高,而现有其他部位的微型接骨板往往难以满足尺骨远端骨折的需求。另外,尺骨远端骨折靠近腕尺关节及下尺桡关节,往往骨折又粉碎,现有的普通钢板固定在固定稳定强度上也较难以满足临床而增加了固定的难度,时常辅助石膏固定而延迟功能锻炼,致使关节易僵硬。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种固定效果好的用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板。
为实现本实用新型之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,包括干体主板、颈体主板和弧型钩翼板,干体主板和颈体主板为一体成型的金属板,板厚为1.0mm-3.5mm,金属板和弧型钩翼板之间为可拆卸的相互连接,所述的干体主板与远端骨干形状相匹配,颈体主板与尺骨远端颈部和茎突棘基底部的型状相匹配,所述弧型钩翼板包括两个对称设置的弧型钩翼,干体主板与颈体主板的平面的夹角α为5-45°,所述的干体主板和所述的颈体主板上均设有多个螺钉孔,所述的干体主板和所述的颈体主板上均设有1-4个细小孔。
作为优选,所述弧型钩翼的宽度为1-5mm。
作为优选,所述的螺钉孔为设在所述的干体主板上的1-5 个锁定加压螺钉孔,以及设置在所述的颈体主板上的2-4个锁定螺钉孔。
作为优选,所述的颈体主板上设置的螺钉孔还包括1个万向锁定螺钉孔。
作为优选,所述的干体主板上的锁定加压螺钉孔和颈体主板上的锁定螺钉孔不在同一平面上。
作为优选,所述的弧型钩翼板和颈体主板连接处设有凹槽。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的有益效果是:新设计的尺骨远端骨折的内固定板符合尺骨远端的解剖特点,既能加强螺钉固定的把持力、避免螺钉松动,又能维持骨折的解剖复位与固定,使下尺桡关节及尺腕关节维持在正常解剖位置上。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图1-3对本实用新型的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例1
一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,包括干体主板1、颈体主板2和弧型钩翼板3,干体主板1和颈体主板2为一体成型的金属板,板厚为1.2mm,金属板和弧型钩翼板3之间为可拆卸的相互连接,所述的干体主板1与远端骨干形状相匹配,颈体主板2与尺骨远端颈部和茎突棘基底部的型状相匹配,所述弧型钩翼板3包括两个对称设置的弧型钩翼4,干体主板1与颈体主板2在同一中轴线上;干体主板1与颈体主板2的平面的夹角α为15°,所述的干体主板1上设有1个细小孔6和所述的颈体主板2上设有2个细小孔6,细小孔6可供克氏针临时固定或缝合之用。所述弧型钩翼4的[d1] 。所述的干体主板1和所述的颈体主板2均设有螺钉孔5,螺钉孔5包括所述的干体主板上的3个锁定加压螺钉孔10,以及设置在所述的颈体主板2上的3个锁定螺钉孔7。颈体主板2上没有设置万向锁定螺钉孔8。所述的干体主板1上的锁定加压螺钉孔10和颈体主板2上的锁定螺钉孔7不在同平面上。所述的弧型钩翼板3和颈体主板2连接部设有凹槽9。
将尺骨远端骨折(如尺骨头或颈部骨折)复位后,安装该接骨板时,将弧型钩翼板钩在茎突尖、骑跨在茎突棘,颈体主板安放在尺骨远端颈部、茎突棘的基底部以固定尺骨头,干体主板贴附在尺骨远端骨干的尺侧缘以固定远端,注意保护周围附着软组织,尽量避免下尺桡关节活动时撞击。C 形臂X 线机透视骨折对位、固定满意后,运用锁定或普通螺钉固定骨折近端,锁定螺钉固定尺骨头部,使用本接骨板的优点是解剖复位效果好,接骨板与尺骨远端解剖形态相匹配,能使尺骨远端维持在正常的解剖位置上,加强螺钉固定的强度,具有结构简洁、固定效果好的优点。
实施例2
一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,包括干体主板1、颈体主板2和弧型钩翼板3,干体主板1和颈体主板2为一体成型的金属板,板厚1.2mm,[d2] 弧型钩翼板3通过凹槽9处被剪断取下,所述的干体主板1远端骨干形状相匹配,颈体主板2与尺骨远端颈部和茎突棘基底部的型状相匹配,干体主板1与颈体主板2在同一中轴线上;干体主板1与颈体主板2的平面的夹角为15°,[d3] 所述的干体主板1上设有1个细小孔6和所述的颈体主板2上设有2个细小孔6,细小孔6可供克氏针临时固定或缝合之用。所述的干体主板1和所述的颈体主板2均设有螺钉孔5,螺钉孔5包括所述的干体主板上的5 个锁定加压螺钉孔10,以及设置在所述的颈体主板2上的3个锁定螺钉孔7,颈体主板2上没有设置万向锁定螺钉孔8。所述的干体主板1上的锁定加压螺钉孔10和颈体主板2上的锁定螺钉孔7不在同平面上。
将尺骨远端骨折(如颈部或骨干骨折)复位后,安装该接骨板时,将弧型钩翼板与颈体主板间凹槽部剪折断,去除弧型钩翼板。将内固定系统的干体主板安放于尺骨远端骨干的尺侧缘以固定尺骨干,颈体主板安放在尺骨远端颈部、茎突棘的基底部以固定尺骨头,注意保护周围附着软组织,尽量避免下尺桡关节活动时撞击。对于简单骨折,先在骨折近端的锁定加压孔运用普通螺钉固定后,再选择远端的普通加压螺孔运用普通螺钉进行骨折端加压,C 形臂X 线机透视骨折对位、固定满意后通过锁定螺孔使用锁定螺钉进行骨折远、近端的固定。使用本接骨板的优点是解剖复位效果好,接骨板与尺骨远端解剖形态相匹配,能使尺骨远端维持在正常的解剖位置上,加强螺钉固定的强度,具有结构简洁、固定效果好的优点。实施例3
一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,包括干体主板1、颈体主板2和弧型钩翼板3,干体主板1和颈体主板2为一体成型的金属板,板厚为1.2mm,金属板和弧型钩翼板3之间为可拆卸的相互连接,所述的干体主板1与远端骨干形状相匹配,颈体主板2与尺骨远端颈部和茎突棘基底部的型状相匹配,所述弧型钩翼板3包括两个对称设置的弧型钩翼4,干体主板1与颈体主板2在同一中轴线上;干体主板1与颈体主板2的平面的夹角α为15°,所述的干体主板1上设有1个细小孔6和所述的颈体主板2上设有2个细小孔6,细小孔6可供克氏针临时固定或缝合之用。所述弧型钩翼4的宽度为1.2mm。所述的干体主板1和所述的颈体主板2均设有螺钉孔5,螺钉孔5包括设在所述的干体主板上的1个锁定加压螺钉孔10,以及设置在所述的颈体主板2上的2个锁定螺钉孔7,还包括颈体主板2上设置有1个万向锁定螺钉孔8。所述的干体主板1上的锁定加压螺钉孔10和颈体主板2上的锁定螺钉孔7不在同平面上。所述的弧型钩翼板3和颈体主板2连接部设有凹槽9。
将尺骨远端骨折(如茎突基底部骨折)复位后,安装该接骨板时,将弧型钩翼板钩在茎突尖、骑跨在茎突棘,颈体主板安放在尺骨远端颈部、茎突棘的基底部以固定尺骨头,干体主板贴附在尺骨远端骨干的尺侧缘以固定远端,注意保护周围附着软组织,尽量避免下尺桡关节活动时撞击。C 形臂X 线机透视骨折对位、固定满意后,运用万向锁定螺钉固定尺骨茎突骨折,1~3螺钉固定尺骨头、干部,使用本接骨板的优点是解剖复位效果好,接骨板与尺骨远端解剖形态相匹配,能使尺骨远端维持在正常的解剖位置上,加强螺钉固定的强度,具有结构简洁、固定效果好的优点。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,其特征在于,包括干体主板、颈体主板和弧型钩翼板,干体主板和颈体主板为一体成型的金属板,板厚为1.0mm-3.5mm,金属板和弧型钩翼板之间为可拆卸的相互连接,所述的干体主板与远端骨干形状相匹配,颈体主板与尺骨远端颈部和茎突棘基底部的型状相匹配,所述弧型钩翼板包括两个对称设置的弧型钩翼,干体主板与颈体主板的平面的夹角α为5-45°,所述的干体主板和所述的颈体主板上均设有多个螺钉孔,所述的干体主板和所述的颈体主板上均设有1-4个细小孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,其特征在于,所述弧型钩翼的宽度各为1-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,其特征在于,所述的螺钉孔为设在所述的干体主板上的1-5 个锁定加压螺钉孔,以及设置在所述的颈体主板上的2-4个锁定螺钉孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,其特征在于,所述的颈体主板上设置的螺钉孔还包括1个万向锁定螺钉孔。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,其特征在于,所述的干体主板上的锁定加压螺钉孔和颈体主板上的锁定螺钉孔不在同一平面上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于尺骨远端骨折的内固定板,其特征在于,所述的弧型钩翼板和颈体主板连接处设有凹槽。
