Abstract
本实用新型包括锁骨板和肩峰钩,锁骨板与肩峰钩为可调式定位联接。本实用新型将传统的锁骨钩钢板分解为锁骨板和肩峰钩,锁骨板和肩峰钩为可调式定位联接。通过调整锁骨板和肩峰钩的距离,来达到调整锁骨钩钢板肩峰钩的深度的目的。本实用新型的优点是,可以根据病人的肩峰厚度来调整锁骨钩的深度,使锁骨钩钢板能更好的匹配病人的解剖结构,从而达到减少术后并发症的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锁骨钩钢板,主要用于治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折。
背景技术
对于肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折,锁骨钩钢板是一种较为常用的内固定器械。目前的锁骨钩钢板是一连续的整体,其锁骨板段与肩峰钩的连接结构不能进行调整,并且这一连接结构的规格只有三种,锁骨钩钢板的肩峰钩的深度不能进行调整,由于锁骨钩的肩峰钩的深度大于肩峰的厚度,锁骨板与肩峰的不匹配会导致锁骨钩钢板压迫冈上肌,锁骨板肩峰钩与肩峰下关节囊摩擦,从而使病人术后出现肩关节外展、上抬受限等并发症。
发明内容
为了克服现有的锁骨钩钢板不能与患者的肩锁关节解剖结构相匹配的这一问题,本实用新型提供一种锁骨钩钢板。该锁骨钩钢板锁骨板段与肩峰钩的连接结构可以拆卸并进行调整,从而使肩峰钩深度可调。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种锁骨钩钢板,包括锁骨板和肩峰钩,锁骨板与肩峰钩为可调式定位联接。
本实用新型锁骨板端部固联有一与锁骨板面垂直的立板,立板上设有螺钉滑动槽,肩峰钩上设有螺纹孔,立板和肩峰钩通过螺钉穿过螺钉滑动槽和螺纹孔螺纹联接固定。
本实用新型立板端面和肩峰钩端面均呈锯齿状结构且通过锯齿状结构使立板端面和肩峰钩面相啮合。使用一种肩峰厚度测量器测量出肩峰的厚度之后,调整该锁骨钩钢板肩峰钩的深度使其与肩峰的厚度一致。
或者,本实用新型锁骨板上设有使肩峰钩穿过的锁骨板孔,肩峰钩上设有肩峰钩螺纹和提拉螺帽,肩峰钩穿过锁骨板孔后与提拉螺帽螺纹联接。
本实用新型将传统的锁骨钩钢板分解为锁骨板和肩峰钩,锁骨板和肩峰钩为可调式定位联接。通过调整锁骨板和肩峰钩的距离,来达到调整锁骨钩钢板肩峰钩的深度的目的。本实用新型的优点是,可以根据病人的肩峰厚度来调整锁骨钩的深度,使锁骨钩钢板能更好的匹配病人的解剖结构,从而达到减少术后并发症的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
本实用新型包括锁骨板和肩峰钩,锁骨板与肩峰钩为可调式定位联接。
本实用新型实施例1:参见图1-3,包括锁骨板1、肩峰钩2和螺钉3,锁骨板1端部固联有一与锁骨板面垂直的立板5,立板5上设有螺钉滑动槽6,肩峰钩2上设有螺纹孔4,立板5和肩峰钩2通过螺钉3穿过螺钉滑动槽6和螺纹孔4螺纹联接固定。
上述立板5端面和肩峰钩2端面均呈锯齿状结构且通过锯齿状结构使立板端面和肩峰钩端面相啮合,以使立板和肩峰钩通过螺钉牢固稳定联接。
本实用新型实施例1的安装使用过程:首先将锁骨板(由锁骨板1和立板5构成)通过锯齿结构与肩峰钩2结合,由于没有拧紧螺钉,所以锁骨板段和肩峰钩2可以通过锯齿结构进行调整,当调整到一定长度后,将螺钉3通过锁骨板段的螺钉滑动槽6和肩峰钩2上的螺纹孔4拧紧,通过螺钉使锁骨板段和肩峰钩紧密结合,从而将锁骨板段与肩峰钩2进行固定(如图1所示)。
在图2与图3所示实施例中,展示的是锁骨钩钢板如何调整深度,将螺钉3拧松以后,可以将锁骨板段与肩峰钩2进行上下调整,调整到合适的长度后,再将螺钉3拧紧固定。由于锁骨板段内侧有一螺钉滑动槽,螺钉可以在槽内的任何位置进行固定。图2展示的是锁骨板深度最长时的结构示意图,图3展示的是锁骨板深度最短时的结构示意图。
本实用新型的实施例2,参见图4-7,本实用新型包括锁骨板1和肩峰钩2、4,肩峰钩由钩段2的长杆4构成,锁骨板1上设有使长杆4穿过的锁骨板孔5,长杆4上设有肩峰钩螺纹和提拉螺帽3,肩峰钩的长杆4穿过锁骨板孔5后与提拉螺帽3螺纹联接。
安装过程:首先将钩段2的长杆4穿过锁骨板1上的锁骨板孔5,使得肩峰钩和锁骨板组合在一起,再将提拉螺帽3与长杆4通过螺纹相互结合固定。安装完以后将锁骨钩钢板置于肩锁关节处,通过拧提拉螺钉,可以起到提拉钩段的目的从而使肩锁关节复位至正常位置。
显然,本实用新型不限于上述方式。按本实用新型,通过调整钢板和锁骨钩段距离再定位,即立板与锁骨钩段为可调式定位联接,能够减少或避免立板和钩段接触端面相对移动或滑动的方式均可采用。
Claims (4)
1.一种锁骨钩钢板,其特征是:包括锁骨板和肩峰钩,锁骨板与肩峰钩为可调式定位联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁骨钩钢板,其特征是:锁骨板端部固联有一与锁骨板面垂直的立板,立板上设有螺钉滑动槽,肩峰钩上设有螺纹孔,立板和肩峰钩通过螺钉穿过螺钉滑动槽和螺纹孔螺纹联接固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锁骨钩钢板,其特征是:立板端面和肩峰钩端面均呈锯齿状结构且通过锯齿状结构使立板端面和肩峰钩面相啮合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锁骨钩钢板,其特征是:锁骨板上设有使肩峰钩穿过的锁骨板孔,肩峰钩上设有肩峰钩螺纹和提拉螺帽,肩峰钩穿过锁骨板孔后与提拉螺帽螺纹联接。
