Abstract
【解決手段】複数の施設間で、移動型蓄電池装置を介して、電力を調整するアグリゲーション制御システムにおいて、複数の施設のそれぞれは、移動型蓄電池装置への充電・放電を制御する制御装置を備え、アグリゲーション制御システムは、当該複数の制御装置に接続するサーバ装置を備え、当該サーバ装置は、複数の施設のうち、所定の施設における電力需給の管理情報に基づいて、移動型蓄電池装置への充放電条件を作成し、所定の施設の制御装置への充放電要請と充放電条件を比較し、当該比較の結果に応じて、当該制御装置に移動型蓄電池装置への充放電を指令するようにした。

Description
図1において、1は全体としてアグリゲーション制御システムとしてのエージェントシステムを示す。このエージェントシステム1は、アグリゲータシステム11、電力事業者システム14、需要家システム16、充放電施設管理者システム17及び電力取引市場システム18を備えて構成され、インターネット等のネットワーク13を介してそれぞれ接続されている。
次に、本実施の形態のエージェントサーバ12に実装された充放電調整支援機能について説明する。本エージェントサーバ12には、所定の条件に合った電気自動車9を充電できる場所や放電できる場所の検出結果を需要家に提示する充放電支援機能が搭載されている。また本エージェントサーバ12には、所定の条件に合った電気自動車9の位置を充放電施設管理者に提示する充放電支援機能も搭載されている。
図10及び図11に示す推移表80,90を用いて、エージェントシステム1による処理を説明する。推移表80,90は電気自動車9の内蔵蓄電池の充電率の推移や、需要家施設3及び充放電施設40における電気自動車9への充放電量の推移を示す。図10は、需要家施設3のみで電気自動車9の充放電を行う場合であり、図11は、需要家施設3と充放電施設40の両方で電気自動車9の充放電を行う場合である。
以上のように本実施の形態のエージェントシステム1では、需要家が発電及び消費する電力量の予測に基づいて、充放電施設40において電気自動車9の充放電を行う。
なお上述の実施の形態においては、エージェントサーバ12が充放電条件作成や充放電実行判断を行う場合について述べたが、本発明はこれに限らず、例えば、充放電条件作成や充放電実行判断を、複合型電力変換装置7が行ってもよく、具体的な構成は限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適時変更が可能である。
Claims (7)
- 複数の施設間で、移動型蓄電池装置を介して、電力を調整するアグリゲーション制御システムであって、
前記複数の施設のそれぞれは、前記移動型蓄電池装置への充電・放電を制御する制御装置を備え、
前記アグリゲーション制御システムは、当該複数の制御装置に接続するサーバ装置を備え、
当該サーバ装置は、
前記複数の施設のうち、所定の施設における電力需給の管理情報に基づいて、前記移動型蓄電池装置への充放電条件を作成し、
前記所定の施設の制御装置への充放電要請と前記充放電条件を比較し、
当該比較の結果に応じて、当該制御装置に前記移動型蓄電池装置への充放電を指令する
アグリゲーション制御システム。 - 前記所定の施設及び前記移動型蓄電池装置は、需要家が保有している
請求項1記載のアグリゲーション制御システム。 - 前記サーバ装置は、前記需要家に対して行うデマンドレスポンス要請の予測を更に考慮して前記充放電条件を作成する
請求項2記載のアグリゲーション制御システム。 - 前記サーバ装置は、前記需要家による前記移動型蓄電池装置の利用予定を更に考慮して前記充放電条件を作成する
請求項3記載のアグリゲーション制御システム。 - 前記サーバ装置は、前記制御装置から電力を必要としている場所と諸条件を含む充放電募集情報を取得し、
前記充放電条件と前記充放電募集情報から充電及び/又は放電を推奨する条件を含む充放電推奨情報を作成し、
前記需要家の保有する通信端末に対して前記充放電推奨情報を送信し、
前記通信端末は前記充放電推奨情報を表示する
請求項4記載のアグリゲーション制御システム。 - 複数の施設間を移動する移動型蓄電池装置への充電・放電を、前記複数の施設それぞれにおいて制御可能な制御装置であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記複数の施設間での電力を調整するアグリゲーション制御のためのサーバ装置に接続され、当該サーバ装置は、前記複数の施設のうち、所定の施設における電力需給の管理情報に基づいて、前記移動型蓄電池装置への充放電条件を作成し、前記所定の施設の制御装置への充放電要請と前記充放電条件を比較し、当該比較の結果に応じて前記移動型蓄電池装置への充放電のための指令を生成し、
前記サーバ装置から前記指令を受信し、当該指令に基づいて前記移動型蓄電池装置への充電・放電を実施する
制御装置。 - 複数の施設間で、移動型蓄電池装置を介して、電力を調整するアグリゲーション制御方法であって、
前記複数の施設のそれぞれは、前記移動型蓄電池装置への充電・放電を制御する制御装置を備え、
当該複数の制御装置に接続するサーバ装置は、
前記複数の施設のうち、所定の施設における電力需給の管理情報に基づいて、前記移動型蓄電池装置への充放電条件を作成し、
前記所定の施設の制御装置への充放電要請と前記充放電条件を比較し、
当該比較の結果に応じて、当該制御装置に前記移動型蓄電池装置への充放電を指令する
