- 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースと、前記複数の電力調整リソースを管理する管理装置とを含む電力システムであって、
前記管理装置は、前記電力網の需給調整を要求する第1要求信号と、前記電力調整リソースに所定期間における電力量の調整を要求する第2要求信号とを取得し、前記所定期間における所定間隔ごとの指令電力値を示す電力指令信号を、前記複数の電力調整リソースに含まれる所定の電力調整リソースへ送信するように構成され、
前記管理装置は、前記第1要求信号及び前記第2要求信号の両方の要求に応えるように前記電力指令信号を生成する、電力システム。 - 前記管理装置は、前記第1要求信号及び前記第2要求信号を重畳して前記電力指令信号を生成する、請求項1に記載の電力システム。
- 前記所定の電力調整リソースは、前記電力網と電気的に接続可能な電動車両を含み、
前記管理装置は、事業所を管理する第1コンピュータと、前記電動車両を管理する第2コンピュータとを含み、
前記第1コンピュータは、前記事業所における電力負荷を用いて前記第2要求信号を生成し、前記生成された第2要求信号を前記第2コンピュータへ送信するように構成され、
前記第2コンピュータは、前記第1要求信号を受信し、前記第1要求信号及び前記第2要求信号の両方の要求に応えるように前記電動車両に対する前記電力指令信号を生成するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の電力システム。 - 前記事業所は、自然変動電源を含み、
前記第1コンピュータは、前記事業所における前記自然変動電源の発電量と、前記事業所における電力負荷とを用いて、前記所定期間において前記電力網から前記事業所に供給される電力量が所定値を超えないように前記第2要求信号を生成するように構成される、請求項3に記載の電力システム。 - 前記第1要求信号は、前記電力網の周波数調整を要求する信号であり、
前記第2コンピュータは、前記電力網の需給を管理する第3コンピュータから前記第1要求信号を受信するように構成される、請求項3又は4に記載の電力システム。 - 前記所定期間の長さは3分以上であり、
前記所定間隔は15秒以下である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電力システム。 - 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースを管理するサーバであって、
前記電力網の需給調整を要求する第1要求信号と、前記電力調整リソースに所定期間における電力量の調整を要求する第2要求信号とを受信し、前記第1要求信号及び前記第2要求信号の両方の要求に応えるように、前記所定期間における所定間隔ごとの指令電力値を示す電力指令信号を生成し、前記生成された電力指令信号を、前記複数の電力調整リソースに含まれる所定の電力調整リソースへ送信するように構成される、サーバ。 - 電力網と電気的に接続可能な蓄電装置の充放電制御を行なう充放電制御装置であって、
前記電力網の需給調整を要求する第1要求信号と、前記蓄電装置に所定期間における電力量の調整を要求する第2要求信号とを取得し、前記第1要求信号及び前記第2要求信号の両方の要求に同時に応えるように前記蓄電装置の充放電を制御するように構成される、充放電制御装置。 - 電力網の需給調整の要求と、前記電力網に電気的に接続可能な電力調整リソースに対する所定期間における電力量調整の要求との両方に応えるように、前記所定期間における所定間隔ごとの指令電力値を示す電力指令信号を生成することと、
前記電力指令信号に従って前記電力調整リソースを制御することと、
を含む、電力需給調整方法。
