Claims (10)
- 第1電力網の電力管理を行なうサーバであって、
前記第1電力網は、第2電力網に並列及び解列可能に構成され、
前記サーバは、
前記第1電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースを管理するリソース管理部と、
前記第1電力網を自立運転から前記第2電力網との連系運転に切り替える際に、前記複数の電力調整リソースの中からマスタ及びスレーブを決定し、前記第2電力網の電力に対して前記第1電力網の電力が同期するように、前記マスタ及び前記スレーブによるマスタスレーブ制御を行なった後、前記第2電力網に対して前記第1電力網を並列させる第1切替部とを備え、
前記第1切替部は、前記複数の電力調整リソースのうち、前記第1電力網と前記第2電力網との接続点に近い電力調整リソースを優先的に、前記マスタとして選ぶように構成される、サーバ。 - 前記第1切替部は、前記電力調整リソースの通信性能及び出力性能を用いて、前記マスタを選ぶように構成される、請求項1に記載のサーバ。
- 前記第1切替部は、同期指令に対して応動可能な電力調整リソースから、通信速度が第1閾値を下回る電力調整リソースと、最大出力電力が第2閾値を下回る電力調整リソースとを除外し、残った電力調整リソースのうち、前記接続点に最も近い1つの電力調整リソースを、前記マスタとして選ぶように構成される、請求項2に記載のサーバ。
- 前記複数の電力調整リソースは、電動車両を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のサーバ。
- 前記複数の電力調整リソースは、定置式の蓄電装置をさらに含み、
前記第1切替部は、前記マスタが前記電動車両である場合には、前記マスタスレーブ制御を行なう前に、前記複数の電力調整リソースに含まれる1以上の電力調整リソースのユーザに対して前記第1電力網の需要低減を要請するように構成される、請求項4に記載のサーバ。 - 前記電動車両は、燃料電池車である、請求項4又は5に記載のサーバ。
- 前記サーバは、前記第1電力網を連系運転から自立運転に切り替える際に、前記複数の電力調整リソースの中からマスタ及びスレーブを決定する第2切替部をさらに備え、
前記第2切替部は、前記複数の電力調整リソースのうち、容量が大きい電力調整リソースを優先的に、前記マスタとして選ぶように構成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のサーバ。 - 前記第1切替部は、前記第1電力網が自立運転しているときの前記第1電力網の調整力に基づいて、前記第1電力網を自立運転から連系運転に切り替えるタイミングを決定するように構成される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のサーバ。
- 前記第1電力網は、マイクログリッドであり、
前記第2電力網は、電気事業者が提供する商用電力系統であり、
前記複数の電力調整リソースの各々は、電力変換回路を備え、
前記マスタスレーブ制御では、前記第1電力網に電気的に接続された前記マスタが前記電力変換回路によって電圧制御を行なうとともに、前記第1電力網に電気的に接続された前記スレーブが前記電力変換回路によって電流制御を行なう、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のサーバ。 - 第1電力網の電力管理を行なう方法であって、
前記第1電力網を自立運転から第2電力網との連系運転に切り替える際に、前記第1電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースの中からマスタ及びスレーブを決定することと、
前記マスタ及び前記スレーブによるマスタスレーブ制御を、前記第2電力網の電力に対して前記第1電力網の電力が同期するように行なうことと、
前記マスタスレーブ制御による同期が行なわれた後、前記第2電力網に対して前記第1電力網を並列させることと、
を含み、
前記マスタ及びスレーブの決定においては、前記複数の電力調整リソースのうち、前記第1電力網と前記第2電力網との接続点に近い電力調整リソースが優先的に、前記マスタとして選ばれる、電力管理方法。
