Description
Claims (11)
- 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースを管理するサーバであって、
蓄電装置を備える車両が前記電力網を利用した前記蓄電装置の充電を開始する前に、前記蓄電装置の充電に対して前記電力調整リソースの少なくとも1つを応動させて充電電力に対応する電力を前記電力網へ供給できるか否かを判断する判断部と、
前記判断部により供給できると判断された場合に、前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給を許可する第1許可部と、
前記車両が前記電力網を利用した前記蓄電装置の充電を開始する前に、前記車両のユーザ端末から早期充電の要求を受信すると、前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給を許可する第2許可部と、
を備える、サーバ。 - 充電料金を管理する料金管理部をさらに備え、
前記料金管理部は、前記第2許可部の許可により開始される充電の料金を、前記第1許可部の許可により開始される充電の料金よりも高くする、請求項1に記載のサーバ。 - 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースを管理するサーバであって、
当該サーバは、
蓄電装置を備える車両が前記電力網を利用した前記蓄電装置の充電を開始する前に、前記蓄電装置の充電に対して前記電力調整リソースの少なくとも1つを応動させて充電電力に対応する電力を前記電力網へ供給できるか否かを判断する判断部と、
前記判断部により供給できると判断された場合に、前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給を許可する第1許可部と、
前記判断部により供給できないと判断された場合に、前記複数の電力調整リソースの中から1以上の電力調整リソースを選び、前記選ばれた電力調整リソースを前記蓄電装置の充電に対して応動可能な状態にするように制御するリソース制御部と、
を備え、
前記複数の電力調整リソースは、定置式の蓄電装置と、燃料電池車とを含み、
前記リソース制御部は、前記燃料電池車よりも前記定置式の蓄電装置を優先的に選ぶ、サーバ。 - 前記電力網の電力調整を行なった電力調整リソースのユーザに与えるインセンティブを管理するインセンティブ管理部をさらに備え、
前記インセンティブ管理部は、前記燃料電池車を用いた電力調整に対するインセンティブを、前記定置式の蓄電装置を用いた電力調整に対するインセンティブよりも高くする、請求項3に記載のサーバ。 - 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースを管理するサーバであって、
当該サーバは、
蓄電装置を備える車両が前記電力網を利用した前記蓄電装置の充電を開始する前に、前記蓄電装置の充電に対して前記電力調整リソースの少なくとも1つを応動させて充電電力に対応する電力を前記電力網へ供給できるか否かを判断する判断部と、
前記判断部により供給できると判断された場合に、前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給を許可する第1許可部と、
前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給が許可されている状態で前記電力網と前記車両とが電気的に接続されると、前記蓄電装置の充電を開始し、充電中は前記蓄電装置の充電電力を制御する充電制御部と、
を備える、サーバ。 - 前記充電制御部は、前記蓄電装置の充電に対して応動する前記電力調整リソースの応答性に応じて、前記蓄電装置の充電電力の立上がり制御を行なう、請求項5に記載のサーバ。
- 前記判断部は、前記車両のユーザ端末から充電要求を受信すると、前記蓄電装置の充電に対して前記電力調整リソースの少なくとも1つを応動させて充電電力に対応する電力を前記電力網へ供給できるか否かを判断する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のサーバ。
- 前記車両の情報を管理する車両管理部をさらに備え、
前記判断部は、前記車両管理部が管理する前記車両の位置と前記蓄電装置の残量との少なくとも一方を用いて、充電開始タイミングを予測する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のサーバ。 - 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースを管理するサーバであって、
当該サーバは、
蓄電装置を備える車両が前記電力網を利用した前記蓄電装置の充電を開始する前に、前記蓄電装置の充電に対して前記電力調整リソースの少なくとも1つを応動させて充電電力に対応する電力を前記電力網へ供給できるか否かを判断する判断部と、
前記判断部により供給できると判断された場合に、前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給を許可する第1許可部と、
を備え、
前記電力網は、電気事業者が提供する外部の電力網に並列及び解列可能に構成されるマイクログリッドであり、
前記サーバは、前記外部の電力網に対する前記マイクログリッドの並列/解列を、前記マイクログリッドの予備力に応じて切り替える切替部をさらに備える、サーバ。 - 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースを用いて前記電力網の需給管理を行なう方法であって、
蓄電装置を備える車両が前記電力網を利用した前記蓄電装置の充電を開始する前に、前記蓄電装置の充電に対して前記電力調整リソースの少なくとも1つを応動させて充電電力に対応する電力を前記電力網へ供給できるか否かを判断することと、
前記判断により供給できると判断された場合に、前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給を許可することと、
前記車両が前記電力網を利用した前記蓄電装置の充電を開始する前に、前記車両のユーザ端末から早期充電の要求を受信すると、前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給を許可することと、
を含む、電力管理方法。 - 電力網に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースを用いて前記電力網の需給管理を行なう方法であって、
蓄電装置を備える車両が前記電力網を利用した前記蓄電装置の充電を開始する前に、前記蓄電装置の充電に対して前記電力調整リソースの少なくとも1つを応動させて充電電力に対応する電力を前記電力網へ供給できるか否かを判断することと、
前記判断により供給できると判断された場合に、前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給を許可することと、
前記電力網から前記車両への電力供給が許可されている状態で前記電力網と前記車両とが電気的に接続されると、前記蓄電装置の充電を開始し、充電中は前記蓄電装置の充電電力を制御することと、
を含む、電力管理方法。
