図1を参照して、本開示の実施の形態に従う電力管理装置が適用される電力システムの全体構成を説明する。電力システム1は、電力系統PGと、マイクログリッドMGと、サーバ100,200と、DER(Distributed Energy Resource)群500と、受変電設備501とを含む。
発電型の電力調整リソースであるFCV11は、上げDR(需要増加要請)には不向きであり、実施の形態1では、DR要請が上げDRの場合に、FCV11はDR要請に対応不可と判定するものとした。他方、EV12は、蓄電型の電力調整リソースであり、上げDRに対して効果的に機能し得る。そこで、実施の形態2では、ユーザがFCV11とEV12とを有している場合に(例えば、バスやタクシーの運行会社がFCV11とEV12と有している場合)、DR要請が上げDRの場合には、EV12に対してDR要請への対応可否が判定される。これにより、DR要請が上げDRの場合にも、DR要請に応えることが可能となる。
EV12は、EVSE20を通じてマイクログリッドMGへの給電も可能であるため、バッテリ336のSOCがある程度高ければ、下げDRに対しても効果的に機能し得る。このため、DR要請が下げDRの場合は、FCV11とEV12とは競合し得る。
Claims (8)
- 電力網に電気的に接続されて前記電力網の電力調整リソースとして利用可能な少なくとも1台の車両と前記電力網との間の電力需給を管理する電力管理装置であって、前記少なくとも1台の車両は、燃料電池車を含み、
前記燃料電池車の運行計画、及び前記燃料電池車が利用可能な水素残量の情報を示す水素残量情報を取得する取得部と、
取得された前記運行計画及び前記水素残量情報に基づいて、前記燃料電池車がデマンドレスポンス要請に対応可能か否かを判定する判定部とを備え、
前記少なくとも1台の車両は、前記燃料電池車と選択的に前記電力網に電気的に接続されて前記電力調整リソースとして利用可能な電気自動車をさらに含み、
前記デマンドレスポンス要請が、電力需要の抑制を要請する需要抑制要請である場合に、
前記取得部は、前記電気自動車の運行計画、及び前記電気自動車に搭載される蓄電装置のSOCの情報をさらに取得し、
前記判定部は、
前記燃料電池車の運行計画の終了予定時刻から前記デマンドレスポンス要請に従う給電開始時刻までの時間を示す第1の余裕時間を算出し、
前記電気自動車の運行計画の終了予定時刻から前記給電開始時刻までの時間を示す第2の余裕時間を算出し、
前記第1の余裕時間及び前記第2の余裕時間に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス要請に参加する前記燃料電池車及び前記電気自動車の優先順位を決定し、
前記優先順位に対する前記第2の余裕時間の重みは、前記優先順位に対する前記第1の余裕時間の重みよりも大きい、電力管理装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記デマンドレスポンス要請が前記需要抑制要請である場合に、前記燃料電池車の運行計画及び前記水素残量情報に基づいて、前記燃料電池車が前記デマンドレスポンス要請に対応可能か否かを判定する、請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記デマンドレスポンス要請が、電力需要の増加を要請する需要増加要請である場合に、前記燃料電池車が前記デマンドレスポンス要請に対応不可であると判定する、請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記判定部は、さらに前記燃料電池車が利用可能な水素の価格に基づいて、前記燃料電池車が前記デマンドレスポンス要請に対応可能か否かを判定する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記水素残量情報は、前記燃料電池車に搭載される水素タンクの水素残量である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記水素残量情報は、前記燃料電池車が利用する水素ステーションの水素貯蔵量の情報をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記デマンドレスポンス要請が前記需要増加要請である場合に、
前記判定部は、前記電気自動車の運行計画及び前記SOCの情報に基づいて、前記電気自動車が前記デマンドレスポンス要請に対応可能か否かを判定する、請求項3に記載の電力管理装置。 - 電力網に電気的に接続されて前記電力網の電力調整リソースとして利用可能な少なくとも1台の車両と前記電力網との間の電力需給を管理する電力管理方法であって、前記少なくとも1台の車両は、燃料電池車を含み、
前記燃料電池車の運行計画、及び前記燃料電池車が利用可能な水素残量の情報を示す水素残量情報を取得するステップと、
取得された前記運行計画及び前記水素残量情報に基づいて、前記燃料電池車がデマンドレスポンス要請に対応可能か否かを判定するステップとを含み、
前記少なくとも1台の車両は、前記燃料電池車と選択的に前記電力網に電気的に接続されて前記電力調整リソースとして利用可能な電気自動車をさらに含み、
前記デマンドレスポンス要請が、電力需要の抑制を要請する需要抑制要請である場合に、
前記電気自動車の運行計画、及び前記電気自動車に搭載される蓄電装置のSOCの情報を取得するステップと、
前記燃料電池車の運行計画の終了予定時刻から前記デマンドレスポンス要請に従う給電開始時刻までの時間を示す第1の余裕時間を算出するステップと、
前記電気自動車の運行計画の終了予定時刻から前記給電開始時刻までの時間を示す第2の余裕時間を算出するステップと、
前記第1の余裕時間及び前記第2の余裕時間に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス要請に参加する前記燃料電池車及び前記電気自動車の優先順位を決定するステップとをさらに含み、
前記優先順位に対する前記第2の余裕時間の重みは、前記優先順位に対する前記第1の余裕時間の重みよりも大きい、電力管理方法。
