Description
<電力管理システムの全体構成>
図1は、本開示の実施の形態に係る電力管理システムの概略的な構成を示す図である。電力管理システム100は、CEMS1と、CEMSサーバ2と、受変電設備3と、電力系統4と、送配電事業者サーバ5とを備える。CEMSとは、コミュニティエネルギー管理システム(Community Energy Management System)または街エネルギー管理システム(City Energy Management System)を意味する。
図2は、充電設備17および車両18の構成をより詳細に示す図である。充電設備17は、マイクログリッドMGの配電系統に接続されている。充電設備17は、電圧測定部71と、電流測定部72と、電力変換装置73と、コントローラ74とを含む。
図3は、本実施の形態において充電設備7により実行される一連の処理の処理手順を説明するためのフローチャートである。図3および後述する図4のフローチャートでは、CEMSサーバ2により実行される処理を左側に示し、充電設備17(コントローラ74)により実行される処理を真ん中に示し、送配電事業者サーバ5により実行される処理を右側に示す。これらのフローチャートは、たとえば予め定められた周期毎にメインルーチン(図示せず)から呼び出されて実行される。各ステップは、プロセッサによるソフトウェア処理により実現されるが、LSI(Large Scale Integration)等によるハードウェア処理により実現されてもよい。以下、ステップをSと略す。
Claims (6)
- 複数の電力調整リソースを含み、電力系統との間で電力の授受を行うマイクログリッドと、
前記マイクログリッド内の前記複数の電力調整リソースを管理する第1のサーバと、
前記電力系統の電力需給バランスを管理する第2のサーバとを備え、
前記複数の電力調整リソースは、充電設備を含み、
前記充電設備は、前記マイクログリッドと車両との間で電力をやり取りすることで前記マイクログリッドの電圧変動を抑制する充放電動作と、前記マイクログリッドの無効電力を制御することで前記電力系統の電圧変動を抑制する無効電力補償動作とを実行可能に構成され、
前記充電設備は、
前記車両が前記充電設備に電気的に接続されている場合、前記第1のサーバからの要求に応答して前記充放電動作を実行する一方で、
前記車両が前記充電設備に電気的に接続されてない場合には、前記第2のサーバからの要求に応答して前記無効電力補償動作を実行する、電力管理システム。 - 前記第2のサーバは、前記充電設備が前記第2のサーバからの要求に応答して前記無効電力補償動作を実行した回数または期間に応じた対価を前記第1のサーバに支払い、
前記第1のサーバは、前記対価を得る、請求項1に記載の電力管理システム。 - 電力系統との間で電力の授受を行うマイクログリッドに電気的に接続された充電設備であって、
プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサによって実行可能なプログラムを記憶するメモリとを備え、
前記プロセッサは、
車両が前記充電設備に電気的に接続されている場合、前記マイクログリッドの電力需給バランスを管理する第1のサーバに前記充電設備の制御権限を与え、前記第1のサーバからの要求に応答して、前記車両との間で充放電動作を実行する一方で、
前記車両が前記充電設備に電気的に接続されてない場合には、前記電力系統の電力需給バランスを管理する第2のサーバに前記制御権限を与え、前記第2のサーバからの要求に応答して、前記電力系統の電圧変動を抑制するための無効電力補償動作を実行する、充電設備。 - 電力系統との間で電力の授受を行うマイクログリッドの電力需給バランスを管理するサーバであって、
プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサによって実行可能なプログラムを記憶するメモリとを備え、
前記マイクログリッドは、充電設備を含み、
前記充電設備は、前記マイクログリッドと車両との間で電力をやり取りすることで前記マイクログリッドの電圧変動を抑制する充放電動作と、前記マイクログリッドの無効電力を制御することで前記電力系統の電圧変動を抑制する無効電力補償動作とを実行可能に構成され、
前記プロセッサは、
前記車両が前記充電設備に電気的に接続されている場合、前記充放電動作を実行させるための要求を前記充電設備に出力する一方で、
前記車両が前記充電設備に電気的に接続されてない場合には、前記無効電力補償動作を実行させるための要求を前記充電設備に出力可能な他のサーバに前記充電設備の制御権限を渡す、サーバ。 - 前記サーバは、前記制御権限を前記他のサーバに渡した回数または期間に応じた対価を前記他のサーバから得る、請求項4に記載のサーバ。
- 電力系統との間で電力の授受を行うマイクログリッド内の充電設備を用いた電力需給バランスの調整方法であって、
車両が前記充電設備に電気的に接続されている場合、前記マイクログリッドの電力需給バランスを管理する第1のサーバの前記充電設備の制御権限を与え、前記充電設備が前記第1のサーバからの要求に応答して前記車両との間で充放電動作を実行するステップと、
前記車両が前記充電設備に電気的に接続されてない場合、前記電力系統の電力需給バランスを管理する第2のサーバに前記制御権限を与え、前記充電設備が前記第2のサーバからの要求に応答して、前記電力系統の電圧変動を抑制するための無効電力補償動作を実行するステップとを含む、電力需給バランスの調整方法。
