Abstract
【解決手段】手押し式運搬車は、車輪と、車輪を回転可能に支持すると共に、該車輪の上方に荷台を載置可能に構成され、しかも、該荷台の載置部よりも後方側に使用者が把持可能なハンドル部を有する車体フレームと、前方を照らす照明装置とを備えている。

また、照明装置は、車体フレームに設けられていてもよい。このようにすれば、車体フレームに照明装置を装着した状態で、車体フレームに載置される荷台を交換することができるようになる。
次に、本開示の手押し式運搬車には、所定の操作を検出することに基づいて照明装置を点灯又は消灯させる制御部が備えられていてもよい。
この場合、制御部は、手押し式運搬車が停止状態にある状態が、予め設定された設定時間継続すると、電源部からの電力供給を遮断するか、若しくは、自身の動作モードを低消費電力モードに切り替えるように構成されていてもよい。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の手押し式運搬車1は、駆動輪となる1つの前輪3と、従動輪となる左右の後輪5L,5Rを備える三輪車として構成されている。
この左右の載置部13L,13Rの間には、荷台フレーム20を載置すると共に、左右の後輪5L,5Rを支持するための後輪フレーム30が設けられている。
また、このように後輪5L,5Rを位置決めする際、単に、固定部材34L,34Rとナット38L,38Rとの間でフレーム本体32と管状部材36L,36Rの側壁を挟むようにしただけでは、振動等によって締め付けが緩み易くなる。
そこで、本実施形態では、フレーム本体32において、長孔32Bが設けられる側壁と屈曲部32Aとの間の角部に、例えば、プレス等によってフレーム本体32の外から内側に向けて打ち込まれた凹部32Cを、複数分散して配置している。
また、車体フレーム10の傾斜部14L,14Rの間には、バッテリボックス60を固定するための固定フレーム19が設けられている。バッテリボックス60は、運搬車1の電源となる2つのバッテリパックを収納するためのものであり、固定フレーム19に固定されることで、左右のハンドル部16L,16Rの間に配置される。
なお、図6は、車体フレーム10の左側の載置部13Lに固定される照明装置40Lを表しているが、右側の載置部13Rに固定される照明装置40Rも基本構成は同じである。そこで、以下の説明では、図6に基づき、左側の照明装置40Lの構成について説明し、右側の照明装置40Rの構成については、説明を省略する。
このように構成された照明装置40Lは、ねじを締め付けることで車体フレーム10を挟持可能な一対の固定部材48A、48Bを介して、車体フレーム10の左側の載置部13Lに固定される。
このため、運搬車1の走行中に運搬車1が左右に傾いたときや、横転したときには、保護カバー49により、照明装置40L,40Rが周囲の物体若しくは路面に直接当たるのを防止し、照明装置40L,40Rを保護することができる。
そして、主電源スイッチ92は、使用者がハンドル部16Rの上方から操作(押下)できるようにケースの上面に配置されている。
また、ボックス本体61の上面の一部は、蓋体62の開閉の邪魔にならないように閉塞されており、その閉塞部分には、バッテリ切替スイッチ71及び残容量表示部72A,72Bが設けられている。
なお、モータ9には、モータ9の回転位置(角度)を検出するための回転位置検出部78や、モータ9の温度を検出するためのモータ温度検出部79が設けられており、これら各検出部78,79からの検出信号も、制御回路81に入力される。
すなわち、制御回路81は、まずS110(Sはステップを表す)にて、上記のように接続された各種スイッチ及び各種検出部からの信号を取り込み、確認する。
すなわち、照明出力制御において、制御回路81は、まずS210にて、照明用スイッチ74が押されたか否かを判定し、照明用スイッチ74が押されていれば、S220に移行し、照明用スイッチ74が押されていなければ、S250に移行する。
S150の電源制御は、モータ9や照明装置40L,40Rの駆動を停止していて、S110にて各種スイッチからの信号入力が所定時間以上確認されないときに、電源制御部88に指令を出力して、レギュレータ89からの電源供給を停止させる処理である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、照明出力制御において、照明装置40L,40Rは、単に点灯・消灯されるものとして説明したが、S260、S270にて肯定判定されて、消灯条件が成立したときには、消灯前に、一時的に点灯時の明るさ(照度)を低下させるようにしてもよい。
なお、図15に示す照明出力制御は、基本的手順は、図13に示す照明出力制御と同じであるため、以下の説明では、図13に示す照明出力制御と異なる点について説明し、同様の部分については説明を省略する。
また、上記実施形態における1つの構成要素が有する複数の機能を、複数の構成要素によって実現したり、1つの構成要素が有する1つの機能を、複数の構成要素によって実現したりしてもよい。また、複数の構成要素が有する複数の機能を、1つの構成要素によって実現したり、複数の構成要素によって実現される1つの機能を、1つの構成要素によって実現したりしてもよい。また、上記実施形態の構成の一部を省略してもよい。また、上記実施形態の構成の少なくとも一部を、他の上記実施形態の構成に対して付加又は置換してもよい。なお、特許請求の範囲に記載した文言のみによって特定される技術思想に含まれるあらゆる態様が本発明の実施形態である。
