Claims (34)
- 基板上に配置された有機発光素子の層と、
前記有機発光素子層上に配置された複数のカラーフィルタと、
前記複数のカラーフィルタの境界部と重畳するように配置され、少なくとも3層の金属膜を備えるブラックマトリックスと、
前記ブラックマトリックス上に配置された第1タッチ電極および第2タッチ電極と、
を含む、タッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記ブラックマトリックスが、
前記有機発光素子層から入射する光を半透過させる第1半透過層と、
前記第1半透過層上に形成され、前記第1半透過層を透過した光の経路を変更させる第1光経路変更層と、
前記第1光経路変更層上に形成され、前記第1光経路変更層によって経路が変更された光を反射する第1反射層と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記第1半透過層と前記第1反射層が、同一な物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1半透過層が、前記第1反射層よりも薄いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1光経路変更層が、ITOまたはIZOからなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1半透過層および前記第1反射層が、クロム(Cr)、モリブデン(Mo)、モリブデンとチタンの合金(MoTi)、タングステン(W)、バナジウム(V)、ニオブ(Nb)、タンタル(Ta)、マンガン(Mn)、コバルト(Co)とニッケル(Ni)の中のいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1反射層上に形成された補助金属層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記補助金属層が、アルミニウム(Al)からなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1半透過層が、前記有機発光素子層から入射する光の一部を反射し、残りの光を透過させるように前記複数のカラーフィルタのそれぞれの上面に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1反射層が、前記第1タッチ電極及び前記第2タッチ電極と接触することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1タッチ電極および前記第2タッチ電極上に配置され、少なくとも3層の金属膜を含む反射防止パターンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記反射防止パターンと同一な層に形成された絶縁膜をさらに含み、
前記絶縁膜は、前記反射防止パターンの間に配置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記反射防止パターンが
外部から入射する光を半透過させる第2半透過層と、
前記第2半透過層の下に形成され、前記第2半透過層を透過した光の経路を変更させる第2光経路変更層と、
前記第2光経路変更層の下に形成され、前記第2光経路変更層によって経路が変更された光を反射する第2反射層と、
を含む、請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記第2半透過層と前記第2反射層が、同一な物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第2半透過層が、前記第2反射層よりも薄いことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第2光経路変更層が、ITOまたはIZOからなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。

- 前記第1タッチ電極及び前記第2タッチ電極が配置された層と異なる層に配置され、互いに隣接する第1タッチ電極を、コンタクトホールを通じて電気的に接続するブリッジ電極をさらに含み、
前記反射防止パターンが、前記ブリッジ電極と重畳する
ことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記第1反射層上に配置された補助金属層をさらに含み、
前記反射防止パターンが、前記ブラックマトリックスと重畳するように配置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記反射防止パターンを覆うように形成された反射低減層をさらに含み、
前記反射低減層が、外部から入射する光の一部を遮断する
ことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記ブラックマトリクス上に形成された第1絶縁膜と、
前記第1タッチ電極および前記第2タッチ電極上に形成された第2絶縁膜と、
前記第2絶縁膜上に配置され、前記第1タッチ電極を電気的に接続するブリッジ電極と、
をさらに含み、
前記ブリッジ電極が、前記第1絶縁膜、前記第1タッチ電極、および前記第2絶縁膜を貫通するコンタクト部を通じて前記第1タッチ電極及び前記ブラックマトリックスと接続される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記有機発光素子層上に形成された封止層をさらに含み、
前記複数のカラーフィルタが、前記封止層上に形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記第1タッチ電極および前記第2タッチ電極上に配置され、外部から入射する光の一部を遮断する反射低減層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記反射低減層が、ブラック顔料を含む有機膜で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記ブラックマトリックスと、前記第1タッチ電極及び前記第2タッチ電極の間に前記複数のカラーフィルタと前記ブラックマトリックスとを覆うように形成された絶縁膜をさらに含み、
前記第1タッチ電極及び前記第2タッチ電極が、前記絶縁膜上に配置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記第1タッチ電極及び前記第2タッチ電極が、前記カラーフィルタの上面に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1タッチ電極および前記第2タッチ電極の間に配置され、前記第1タッチ電極および前記第2タッチ電極上に配置された絶縁膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1タッチ電極及び前記第2タッチ電極が配置された層と異なる層に配置され、互いに隣接する第1タッチ電極をコンタクトホールを通じて電気的に接続するブリッジ電極をさらに含み、
前記ブリッジ電極が、前記第2タッチ電極と交差する

ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 保護膜を有する薄膜トランジスタ層をさらに含み、
前記第1タッチライン及び前記第2タッチラインのそれぞれが、前記保護膜を貫通するコンタクトホールを通じてパッドに接続される
ことを特徴とする、請求項31に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。 - 前記ブラックマトリックスが、前記第1タッチ電極および前記第2タッチ電極のそれぞれから延長されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
- 保護膜を有する薄膜トランジスタ層をさらに含み、
前記ブラックマトリックスが、前記保護膜を貫通するコンタクトホールを通じてパッドに接続される
ことを特徴とする、請求項33に記載のタッチスクリーン一体型表示装置。
