Abstract
【解決手段】回路基板に接続される同軸電気コネクタ1であって、筒状部11を有する金属製の外部導体10と、該筒状部11の内部空間にて該筒状部11の軸線方向に延びる接触部21を備える金属製の中心導体20とを有し、該中心導体20が誘電体30を介して上記外部導体10により保持され、上記中心導体20は接触部21の基部側から半径方向外方に延出した板状をなしている半径方向部22を有し、該半径方向部22の底面に回路基板と接触する接続部が形成されている同軸電気コネクタにおいて、上記半径方向部22は上記軸線方向で対向する両板面に沿った向きの金属組織の流れで形成される鍛流線を、接触部21は上記軸線方向に向く鍛流線をそれぞれ有している。

Description
本発明に係る同軸電気コネクタは、回路基板に接続される同軸電気コネクタであって、筒状部を有する金属製の外部導体と、該筒状部の内部空間にて該筒状部の軸線方向に延びる接触部を備える金属製の中心導体とを有し、該中心導体が誘電体を介して上記外部導体により保持され、上記中心導体は接触部の基部側から半径方向外方に延出した板状をなしている半径方向部を有し、該半径方向部の底面に回路基板と接触する接続部が形成されている。
本発明は、上述の同軸電気コネクタの製造方法において、金属板の板厚方向に対して略直角な板面を該板厚方向に圧する加圧面と、該加圧面に対して略直角な方向に軸線をもつように該加圧面から没した接触部成形孔とを有する鍛造工具を用いて、上記金属板の板面を該鍛造工具の加圧面で圧して該金属板の板厚を減少させるとともに、板厚減少分の金属板の材料を上記接触部成形孔へ向け押し込んで、軸線方向に延びる接触部を得ることを特徴としている。

Claims (5)
- 回路基板に接続される同軸電気コネクタであって、筒状部を有する金属製の外部導体と、該筒状部の内部空間にて該筒状部の軸線方向に延びる接触部を備える金属製の中心導体とを有し、該中心導体が誘電体を介して上記外部導体により保持され、上記中心導体は接触部の基部側から半径方向外方に延出した板状をなしている半径方向部を有し、該半径方向部の底面に回路基板と接触する接続部が形成されている同軸電気コネクタにおいて、
上記半径方向部は上記軸線方向で対向する両板面に沿った向きの金属組織の流れで形成される鍛流線を、接触部は上記軸線方向に向く鍛流線をそれぞれ有していることを特徴とする同軸電気コネクタ。 - 中心導体は、接触部の基部の周囲に位置する環状部を有し、該基部と半径方向部とを該環状部を介して連結していることとする請求項1に記載の同軸電気コネクタ。
- 環状部は軸線を含む断面内での接線の傾きが接触部の基部から半径方向部まで連続した曲面をなしていることとする請求項2に記載の同軸電気コネクタ。
- 請求項1の同軸電気コネクタの製造方法において、金属板の板厚方向に対して略直角な板面を該板厚方向に圧する加圧面と、該加圧面に対して略直角な方向に軸線をもつように該加圧面から没した接触部成形孔とを有する鍛造工具を用いて、上記金属板の板面を該鍛造工具の加圧面で圧して該金属板の板厚を減少させるとともに、板厚減少分の金属板の材料を上記接触部成形孔へ向け押し込んで、軸線方向に延びる接触部を得ることを特徴とする同軸電気コネクタの製造方法。
- 鍛造工具は、加圧面から接触部成形孔への移行部分が接触部成形孔に向け金属板の板面から次第に離間するテーパ面を有していることとする請求項4に記載の同軸電気コネクタの製造方法。
