Abstract

本实用新型提供一种同轴连接器,包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子及金属壳体,绝缘本体包括基体,导电端子包括主板部、自主板部向上延伸形成接触部及自主板部于基体内水平向外延伸形成的焊接部,接触部向上突伸出基体的上端面,金属壳体包括环设于接触部的外围的中空的环形主体及自环形主体的下端缘水平向外延伸形成的若干焊脚部,环形主体包括固持于基体的下段部及向上突伸出基体的上端面的上段部,绝缘本体一体包覆成型于金属壳体及导电端子,环形主体是以抽引方式抽拉成型的无接缝的筒状体。无接缝的金属壳体的整体结构强度高而可在对接同轴连接器经多次插拔后不会产生形变,保证同轴连接器对于对接同轴连接器的固持稳定性。

同轴连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种同轴连接器,尤指一种安装于电路基板的同轴连接器。
【背景技术】
中国台湾新型第TWM388157U号专利揭示了一种同轴连接器,包括绝缘基座、固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及金属壳体。所述金属壳体由金属片材经由裁切、冲压、翻折包围形成环形结构,金属壳体由于是包围形成的,其环形主体部具有接缝,金属壳体的整体结构强度弱,当对接同轴连接器与之对接时,同轴连接器的金属壳体的接缝处容易进一步开裂,从而影响金属壳体对于对接同轴连接器的固持效果。
因此,确有必要对现有的同轴连接器进行改进,以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有无接缝的金属壳体的同轴连接器,其金属壳体的结构强度高。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种同轴连接器,包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及金属壳体,所述绝缘本体包括基体,所述导电端子包括主板部、自所述主板部向上延伸形成接触部及自所述主板部于所述基体内水平向外延伸形成的焊接部,所述接触部向上突伸出所述基体的上端面,所述金属壳体包括环设于所述接触部的外围的中空的环形主体及自所述环形主体的下端缘水平向外延伸形成的若干焊脚部,所述环形主体包括固持于所述基体的下段部及向上突伸出所述基体的上端面的上段部,所述绝缘本体一体包覆成型于所述金属壳体及所述导电端子,所述环形主体是以抽引方式抽拉成型的无接缝的筒状体。
进一步地,所述上段部包括相对的外壁面与内壁面,所述外壁面向内壁面的方向冲设形成若干突出所述内壁面的突块。
进一步地,所述上段部的上端缘于所述内壁面处形成引导面,所述突块邻接于所述引导面且在上下方向上与所述引导面平滑过渡。
进一步地,所述基体自所述上端面向下贯穿其下端面形成若干贯通槽,所述贯通槽与所述突块在上下方向上对应设置。
进一步地,所述若干焊脚部包括反向延伸形成的一对支撑部及位于一对支撑部之间的焊脚,所述焊脚与所述焊接部的延伸方向相反。
进一步地,所述基体的上端面向上一体突伸形成直径自下向上逐渐收缩的柱体部,所述柱体部的上表面向下凹设形成容纳孔,所述接触部为设置于所述容纳孔内的一对夹持臂。
进一步地,所述上段部围设于所述柱体部外围且与所述柱体部之间形成环形插槽。
进一步地,所述主板部包括基板及自所述基板的长度方向的两端分别向下弯折形成的第一竖板部与第二竖板部,所述接触部为自所述基板的宽度方向的两侧向上延伸形成的所述一对夹持臂,所述焊接部为自所述第二竖板部弯折延伸形成。
进一步地,所述第一竖板部与第二竖板部埋设于所述基体,所述基体的下端面低于所述焊接部的下表面以与所述焊接部的下表面之间形成容纳槽。
进一步地,所述焊接部的下表面于宽度方向的两侧凹设形成埋设于基体内的凹口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:通过将同轴连接器的金属壳体以抽引的方式抽拉成型为无接缝的筒状体,再将绝缘本体一体包覆成型于所述无接缝的金属壳体,使得金属壳体的整体结构强度得到显著增强而可在对接同轴连接器经多次插拔后不会产生形变,保证同轴连接器对于对接同轴连接器的固持稳定性。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图6所示,本实用新型同轴连接器100,安装于一电路基板(未图示),用以与一对接同轴连接器(未图示)对接。所述同轴连接器100包括绝缘本体1、固持于所述绝缘本体1的导电端子2及金属壳体3。本实用新型中,所述绝缘本体1一体包覆成型于所述金属壳体3及所述导电端子2。
所述绝缘本体1包括基体11,所述基体11具有上端面110及位于上端面110下端的下端面111。所述导电端子2包括主板部21、自所述主板部21向上延伸形成的向上突伸出所述基体11的上端面110的接触部22及自所述主板部21于所述基体11内水平向外延伸形成的焊接部23。所述金属壳体3包括环设于所述接触部22的外围的中空的环形主体31及自所述环形主体31的下端缘水平向外延伸形成的若干焊脚部32。所述若干焊脚部32包括反向延伸形成的一对支撑部321及位于一对支撑部321之间的焊脚322,所述一对支撑部321之间的夹角呈180度,所述焊脚322与每一支撑部321之间的夹角呈90度,所述焊脚322与所述焊接部23的延伸方向相反。
所述环形主体31是以抽引方式抽拉成型的无接缝的筒状体,无接缝的环形主体31的整体结构强度高,可有效避免环形主体31在供对接同轴连接器(未图示)插接时发生变形。需要说明的是,本实用新型中的金属壳体3亦可采用金属粉末冶金工艺制成无接缝的筒状体。具体而言,所述环形主体31包括固持于所述基体11的无接缝的下段部311及与下段部311相连的向上突伸出所述基体11的上端面110的无接缝的上段部312,在同轴连接器100与对接同轴连接器(未图示)插接时,无接缝的所述上段部312具有足够的结构强度而不会被对接同轴连接器(未图示)的壳体(未图示)在配接时插坏。
所述上段部312包括相对的外壁面3120与内壁面3121,所述外壁面3120向所述内壁面3121的方向冲设形成若干突出所述内壁面3121的突块3122,所述突块3122对应的外壁面3120处形成凹陷3123。在同轴连接器100与对接同轴连接器(未图示)对接时,所述突块3122抵持于对接同轴连接器(未图示)的壳体(未图示)上。所述基体11自所述上端面110向下贯穿所述下端面111形成若干贯通槽112,所述贯通槽112与所述突块3122在上下方向上对应设置。所述上段部312的上端缘于所述内壁面3121处形成引导面3124,所述突块3122邻接于所述引导面3124设置,所述突块3122在上下方向(与对接连接器的插拔方向)上与所述引导面3124之间为平滑过渡,从而提高对接同轴连接器插入时的顺畅手感。
本实用新型同轴连接器100的绝缘本体1的具体形态如下,所述基体11的上端面110向上一体突伸形成直径自下向上逐渐收缩的柱体部12。所述柱体部12的上表面120向下凹设形成容纳孔121,所述接触部22设置于所述容纳孔121内。所述上段部312围设于所述柱体部12的外围且与所述柱体部12之间形成环形插槽313。所述导电端子2的具体形态如下,所述导电端子2的接触部22由设置于所述容纳孔121内的一对夹持臂221构成,所述主板部21包括基板211及自所述基板211的长度方向的两端分别向下弯折形成的第一竖板部212与第二竖板部213,所述接触部22为自所述基板211的宽度方向的两侧向上延伸形成的所述一对夹持臂221。所述焊接部23为自所述第二竖板部213弯折延伸形成。所述第一竖板部212与所述第二竖板部213埋设于所述基体11。所述基体11的下端面111低于所述焊接部23的下表面以与所述焊接部23的下表面之间形成容纳槽1110。当焊接部23焊接于电路板(未图示)时,所述容纳槽1110可容纳充足焊锡以保证焊接部23焊接于所述电路板(未图示)的可靠性。此外,所述焊接部23的下表面于宽度方向的两侧凹设形成有一对埋设于所述基体11内的凹口231,如此可保证焊接部23与基体11之间的结合可靠性。

Claims (10)

1.一种同轴连接器,包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及金属壳体,所述绝缘本体包括基体,所述导电端子包括主板部、自所述主板部向上延伸形成的接触部及自所述主板部于所述基体内水平向外延伸形成的焊接部,所述接触部向上突伸出所述基体的上端面,所述金属壳体包括环设于所述接触部的外围的中空的环形主体及自所述环形主体的下端缘水平向外延伸形成的若干焊脚部,所述环形主体包括固持于所述基体的下段部及向上突伸出所述基体的上端面的上段部,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体一体包覆成型于所述金属壳体及所述导电端子,所述环形主体是以抽引方式抽拉成型的无接缝的筒状体。
2.如权利要求1所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述上段部包括相对的外壁面与内壁面,所述外壁面向内壁面的方向冲设形成若干突出所述内壁面的突块。
3.如权利要求2所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述上段部的上端缘于所述内壁面处形成引导面,所述突块邻接于所述引导面且在上下方向上与所述引导面平滑过渡。
4.如权利要求2所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述基体自所述上端面向下贯穿其下端面形成若干贯通槽,所述贯通槽与所述突块在上下方向上对应设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述若干焊脚部包括反向延伸形成的一对支撑部及位于一对支撑部之间的焊脚,所述焊脚与所述焊接部的延伸方向相反。
6.如权利要求1所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述基体的上端面向上一体突伸形成直径自下向上逐渐收缩的柱体部,所述柱体部的上表面向下凹设形成容纳孔,所述接触部为设置于所述容纳孔内的一对夹持臂。
7.如权利要求6所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述上段部围设于所述柱体部外围且与所述柱体部之间形成环形插槽。
8.如权利要求6所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述主板部包括基板及自所述基板的长度方向的两端分别向下弯折形成的第一竖板部与第二竖板部,所述接触部为自所述基板的宽度方向的两侧向上延伸形成的所述一对夹持臂,所述焊接部为自所述第二竖板部弯折延伸形成。
9.如权利要求8所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述第一竖板部与第二竖板部埋设于所述基体,所述基体的下端面低于所述焊接部的下表面以与所述焊接部的下表面之间形成容纳槽。
10.如权利要求8所述的同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接部的下表面于宽度方向的两侧凹设形成埋设于基体内的凹口。
