Abstract
Description
図6に示す第1変形例に係る冷却装置10Aは、樋32Aとしてファン12(ハウジング36)の上方位置に一対の半筒部材84を備えると共に、オイル液Olをファン12よりも下方に流動させる排出部材86(迂回構造85)をハウジング36の側方に備える点で、本実施形態に係る冷却装置10と異なる。なお、以降の説明では、上述した冷却装置10の構成と同一の構成又は同一の機能を有する構成については、同一の符号を付しその説明を省略する。
また、図7に示す第2変形例に係る冷却装置10Bは、第1変形例と同じ排出部材86を有する一方で、棒体88が格子状に組み付けられた樋32Bとなっている点で、他の冷却装置10、10Aと異なる。なお、ファン12及び気液分離機構30は、冷却装置10と同一である。
さらに、図8に示す第3変形例に係る冷却装置10Cは、回転体34を回転自在に支持する支持軸90の軸心部が上下方向に沿って貫通する空洞90aに形成されており、樋32Cがこの空洞90aに向かってオイル液Olを流動させる構成となっている点で、他の冷却装置10、10A、10Bと異なる。

Claims (10)
- 回転体の回転により、下流側に配置された対象物に気体を吹き付けるファンと、
前記回転体を避けるように設けられ、少なくとも前記ファンの上流側から該ファンの下流側にわたって液体を流動可能な迂回構造と、
前記回転体の上方に設けられ、前記迂回構造に前記液体を誘導させる樋と、を備える
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項1記載の冷却装置において、
前記ファンの上流側には、前記気体に含まれている前記液体を分離させる気液分離機構が設けられている
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項2記載の冷却装置において、
前記気液分離機構の内部には、前記気体と前記液体を分離させる構造を有する第1空間と、前記第1空間に連通し該第1空間を通って移動した前記気体を前記ファンに供給する第2空間と、を含み、
前記樋は、前記第2空間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置において、
前記樋の上部は、前記迂回構造に向かって徐々に低くなるように傾斜している
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置において、
前記樋は、前記ファンの周方向に沿って延在している
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置において、
前記樋は、前記ファンの上流側を疎に覆うように形成されている
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置において、
前記樋の上流側には、前記樋の内側を突出すると共に、該樋に沿って延びる凸部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置において、
前記ファンは、前記回転体を回転自在に収容するハウジングを備え、
前記迂回構造は、前記回転体から離間した前記ハウジングの一部に設けられ、前記ハウジングの上流及び下流を貫通する貫通孔を有する
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置において、
前記迂回構造は、前記ファンの側方で該ファンの側辺に沿って長い長孔を有する排出部材を備える
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置において、
前記迂回構造は、前記ファンよりも下流側に流動した液体を、前記対象物が収容されている筐体の内側面に導く流動案内部材を備える
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。
