Description
以下、本発明の一実施形態について説明する。図1は本発明に基づく各実施の形態において、刺激応答性高分子を含有する高分子吸湿材を用いた場合の、空気中の水、即ち水蒸気を吸湿および放出する様子を示す概念図である。図2は本発明の実施の形態1に係る除湿装置101を側方から見た縦断面図を示す。図3は、図2中のA−A線で切断し矢印方向から見た断面図を示す。
以下、本発明の他の一実施形態について詳細に説明する。本実施形態は、実施の形態1で説明した除湿装置101の転写部15に転写した水滴をより確実に滴下させるために、水滴除去部16を追加したものである。この概念を図8に示す。その他の部分は実施の形態1で説明した除湿装置101と同じであり、同じ機能を有する部材については、同じ符号を付記し、その説明を省略する。
以下、本発明の他の一実施形態について詳細に説明する。本実施形態は、実施の形態2で説明した除湿装置101の水滴除去部16に空気力を用いる非接触型としたものである。この概念を図9に示す。その他の部分は実施の形態1で説明した除湿装置101と同じであり、同じ機能を有する部材については、同じ符号を付記し、その説明を省略する。
以下、本発明のさらなる一実施形態について詳細に説明する。本実施形態では、実施の形態1〜3と異なって、吸湿ユニット1および転写部15が各々円筒形状に構成されている。
本実施形態は、実施の形態4に水滴除去部16を追加したものである。その他の構成や動作は実施の形態4と同じであるので説明は省略する。
以下、本発明のさらなる一実施形態について詳細に説明する。

以下に、上述した各実施形態で用いられる、刺激応答性高分子を含有する高分子吸湿材の詳細について説明する。なお、本明細書においては、「アクリル」または「メタアクリル」のいずれをも意味する場合「(メタ)アクリル」と表記する。
本発明の態様1に係る除湿装置は、外部刺激に応答して水との親和性が可逆的に変化する刺激応答性高分子を含有する高分子吸湿材と、前記高分子吸湿材の水との親和性を低下させるための外部刺激を付与する刺激付与部と、前記高分子吸湿材が放出した水滴を転写するための転写部とを備えている。

Claims (7)
- 刺激応答性高分子吸湿材、もしくは刺激応答性高分子吸湿材を含有する高分子吸湿材と、
前記高分子吸湿材に外部刺激を付与する刺激付与部と、
前記高分子吸湿材に接触する転写部と、
を備えていることを特徴とする除湿装置。 - 前記転写部は、吸水性を有さない材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の除湿装置。
- 前記転写部は、吸水性を有する材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の除湿装置。
- 前記転写部に接触する水滴除去部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の除湿装置。
- 前記高分子吸湿材を円盤状の基材上に形成して吸湿ユニットと成し、
前記刺激付与部が刺激を与える前記吸湿ユニットの部分に、
前記転写部を対峙して配置したことを特徴とする請求項1から4に記載の除湿装置。 - 前記高分子吸湿材を円筒状の基材側面上に形成して吸湿ユニットと成し、
前記転写部を円筒状に形成して、
前記刺激付与部が刺激を与える前記吸湿ユニットの部分に、
前記転写部の側面が接触する位置で設置したことを特徴とする請求項1から4に記載の除湿装置。 - 刺激応答性高分子吸湿材、もしくは刺激応答性高分子吸湿材を含有する高分子吸湿材に、空気中の水を吸湿させる工程と、
前記高分子吸湿材に、外部刺激を付与して水との親和性を低下させる工程と、
水との親和性が低下した前記高分子吸湿材の表面に転写部を接触させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、除湿方法。
