前記有機膜を覆う第2無機膜を含み、
前記無機膜は、前記第1無機膜または前記第2無機膜と異なる物質からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の表示装置。 - 第1カラーフィルタ;
前記第1カラーフィルタの隣りに配置された第2カラーフィルタ;および
前記第1及び第2カラーフィルタの間に配置され、反射金属を含むブラックマトリックスを具備する表示装置。 - 前記ブラックマトリックスが、前記第2カラーフィルタによって覆われた尾部を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2カラーフィルタの厚さが、前記第1カラーフィルタの厚さよりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の表示装置。
