Abstract
Description
塗装前の被塗物を予備洗浄水により予備洗浄する予備洗浄部と、
この予備洗浄部で予備洗浄した前記被塗物を脱脂液により化学的に脱脂処理する脱脂部と、
この脱脂部で脱脂処理した前記被塗物を洗浄水により洗浄する水洗部とを備える塗装前処理設備であって、
前記水洗部で前記被塗物の洗浄に用いた前記洗浄水を、前記予備洗浄部での前記被塗物の予備洗浄に用いる前記予備洗浄水として、前記予備洗浄部に供給する予備洗浄水供給路を設け、
前記予備洗浄部での前記被塗物の予備洗浄に用いる前記予備洗浄水にマイクロバブルを含ませるマイクロバブル発生装置を設けてある点にある。
前記脱脂部には、脱脂槽内の脱脂液に前記被塗物を浸漬させるディップ式の本脱脂部のみを設け、
このディップ式の本脱脂部での脱脂処理に先立って、前記被塗物を前記脱脂液により予備脱脂処理する予備脱脂部は省略してある点にある。
前記予備洗浄部で前記被塗物の予備洗浄に用いた前記予備洗浄水に含まれる鉄粉を、予備洗浄水と鉄粉との比重差により前記予備洗浄水から分離する鉄粉除去装置を設け、
この鉄粉除去装置に送る前記予備洗浄水から、その予備洗浄水に含まれる気泡を除去するガス抜き手段を設けてある点にある。
前記水洗部には、前記被塗物の洗浄に用いた前記洗浄水を回収する回収槽と、この回収槽から給水路を通じて供給される前記洗浄水のスプレーにより前記被塗物を洗浄するスプレー装置とを設け、
前記マイクロバブル発生装置は、前記給水路又は前記回収槽における前記洗浄水に対して前記マイクロバブルを供給する状態に配置し、
前記予備洗浄水供給路は、前記回収槽における前記洗浄水を前記予備洗浄水として前記予備洗浄部に供給する構成にし、
前記回収槽に対して新たな洗浄水を補給する洗浄水供給路を設けてある点にある。
なお、予備洗浄部1において吐出装置5から被塗物Bに対して吹き付ける予備洗浄水W3にマイクロバブルが含まれることでは、主として、被塗物Bに付着した油分の疎水基に対するマイクロバブルの付着性により、被塗物Bに対する脱脂効果を高めることができ、また、予備洗浄部1においてスプレー装置6から被塗物Bに対してスプレーする予備洗浄水W3にマイクロバブルが含まれることでは、主として、スプレーした予備洗浄水W3中でマイクロバブルが破裂する際に放出される衝撃波により、被塗物Bに対する脱脂効果を高めることができる。
予備洗浄部1での被塗物Bの予備洗浄に用いる予備洗浄水W3にマイクロバブルを含ませるマイクロバブル発生装置34は、図2に示すように、予備洗浄部1の配水槽8に対する予備洗浄水W3の循環路37に介装してもよい。

Claims (4)
- 塗装前の被塗物を予備洗浄水により予備洗浄する予備洗浄部と、
この予備洗浄部で予備洗浄した前記被塗物を脱脂液により化学的に脱脂処理する脱脂部と、
この脱脂部で脱脂処理した前記被塗物を洗浄水により洗浄する水洗部とを備える塗装前処理設備であって、
前記水洗部で前記被塗物の洗浄に用いた前記洗浄水を、前記予備洗浄部での前記被塗物の予備洗浄に用いる前記予備洗浄水として、前記予備洗浄部に供給する予備洗浄水供給路を設け、
前記予備洗浄部での前記被塗物の予備洗浄に用いる前記予備洗浄水にマイクロバブルを含ませるマイクロバブル発生装置を設けてある塗装前処理設備。 - 前記脱脂部には、脱脂槽内の脱脂液に前記被塗物を浸漬させるディップ式の本脱脂部のみを設け、
このディップ式の本脱脂部での脱脂処理に先立って、前記被塗物を前記脱脂液により予備脱脂処理する予備脱脂部は省略してある請求項1記載の塗装前処理設備。 - 前記予備洗浄部で前記被塗物の予備洗浄に用いた前記予備洗浄水に含まれる鉄粉を、予備洗浄水と鉄粉との比重差により前記予備洗浄水から分離する鉄粉除去装置を設け、
この鉄粉除去装置に送る前記予備洗浄水から、その予備洗浄水に含まれる気泡を除去するガス抜き手段を設けてある請求項1又は2記載の塗装前処理装置。 - 前記水洗部には、前記被塗物の洗浄に用いた前記洗浄水を回収する回収槽と、この回収槽から給水路を通じて供給される前記洗浄水のスプレーにより前記被塗物を洗浄するスプレー装置とを設け、
前記マイクロバブル発生装置は、前記給水路又は前記回収槽における前記洗浄水に対して前記マイクロバブルを供給する状態に配置し、
前記予備洗浄水供給路は、前記回収槽における前記洗浄水を前記予備洗浄水として前記予備洗浄部に供給する構成にし、
前記回収槽に対して新たな洗浄水を補給する洗浄水供給路を設けてある請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の塗装前処理設備。
