Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 棚と前記棚に支持された若干数の収容箱とを備える自動集約型倉庫装置であって、
前記棚により少なくとも一つの固定のピッキング位置が定義されており、各前記収容箱が前記棚に対して前記棚に移動可能に支持されており、前記ピッキング位置が前記収容箱の移動経路に設けられていることを特徴とする自動集約型倉庫装置。 - 前記収容箱の移動経路が循環経路であり、収容箱全体が当該循環経路に沿って前記棚に移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記循環経路が長方形の経路であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記長方形の経路は長手経路と短手経路とを含み、
前記長手経路にある収容箱を駆動する縦方向駆動装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。 - 前記縦方向駆動装置が前記長手経路の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記縦方向駆動装置はエアシリンダ−により駆動されたプッシュロッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記長手経路にある隣接する二つの収容箱は、前方の収容箱が後方の収容箱の押しによって移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記短手経路にある収容箱を駆動する横方向駆動装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記横方向駆動装置が前記収容箱の下にあることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記横方向駆動装置の駆動により前記短手経路に沿ってスライドする、前記収容箱を載置するためのブラケットを備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記長方形の経路は長手経路と短手経路とを含み、
前記短手経路は、二つの収容箱スペースの長さを有し、一つの収容箱スペースは前記ピッキング位置であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。 - 前記棚には、前記移動経路に前記収容箱の底部及び/または側部に接触する転輪が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記収容箱は、上下方向に分布された少なくとも2層収容箱を含み、各層収容箱はそれぞれの循環経路に沿って独立に移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記棚には、前記移動経路に沿ってスライドレールが設けられており、前記収容箱が前記スライドレールに沿って移動できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 若干数の収容箱を備える自動集約型倉庫装置であって、
前記若干数の収容箱は、循環経路に沿ってスライド可能であり、
コントローラを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、注文荷物を収容する収容箱が判定された後、前記判定された収容箱をあるピッキング位置まで移動するように、前記若干数の収容箱同士を前記循環経路に沿って移動するように制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする自動集約型倉庫装置。 - 少なくとも一部の収容箱が順に隣り合わせて配置されており、
前方の収容箱が当該収容箱と隣接する後方の収容箱の押しによって移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。 - 前記循環経路が長方形の経路であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
- 前記収容箱は、各ステップの移動歩幅が一つの収容箱スペースであるように段階的に移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の自動集約型倉庫装置。
