Description

Claims (15)
- 基板(4);
ポリマーコーティング(7);および
基板(4)とポリマーコーティング(7)の間に配設される中間層を含む物品で、該中間層は炭素複合材を含み、
該炭素複合材は:炭素、および1以上のSiO2;Si;B;B2O3;金属;または合金を含む結合剤(2)を有し;
該金属は:1以上のアルミニウム;銅;チタン;ニッケル;タングステン;クロム;鉄;マンガン;ジルコニウム;ハフニウム;バナジウム;ニオビウム;モリブデン;スズ;ビスマス;アンチモン;鉛;カドミウム;またはセレンを含む、物品。 - 前記基板(4)が1以上の金属;合金;またはセラミックを含む物品で;基板(4)の該金属が1以上のマグネシウム;アルミニウム;チタン;マンガン;鉄;コバルト;ニッケル;銅;モリブデン;タングステン;パラジウム;クロム;ルテニウム;金;銀;亜鉛;ジルコニウム;バナジウム;またはケイ素を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- ポリマーコーティング(7)が1以上の、フルオロエラストマー;ぺルフルオロエラストマー;水素化ニトリルブチルゴム;エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンモノマー(EPDM);シリコーン;エポキシ樹脂;ポリエーテルエーテルケトン;ビスマレイミド;ポリエチレン;ポリビニルアルコール;フェノール樹脂;ナイロン;ポリカーボネート;ポリウレタン;テトラフルオロエチレン−プロピレンエラストマー共重合体;ポリフェニレンサルファイド;ポリフェニルスルホン;自己強化ポリフェニレン;ポリアリルエーテルケトン;またはそれらの架橋物を含む、請求項1または2に記載の物品。
- 炭素複合材層(3)内の炭素が黒鉛を含む物品で:黒鉛(1)が所望により、誘導化され、1以上の官能基:カルボキシ;エポキシ;エーテル;ケトン;アミン;ヒドロキシ;アルコキシ;アルキル;ラクトン;またはアリールを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が前記中間層および基板(4)を含む第一結合層(5)を更に含み;その第一結合層(5)が1以上の基板(4)および前記炭素複合材内の結合剤(2)との固溶体;前記炭素複合材の結合剤(2)および基板(4)の両方に含まれる材料;またははんだを含み、かつ、前記物品がポリマーコーティング(7)と前記中間層間の第二結合層(6)を更に有し、その第二結合層が(6)共有結合にて前記炭素複合材層内の前記炭素に結合するポリマーまたはモノマーを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリマーが1以上のアクリル鎖;ポリアミン;またはポリ(アルキレングリコール)を含む、請求項5に記載の物品。
- 前記モノマーが:α,β−不飽和ニトリル基;アルケニル基;アルキニル基;ビニルカルボン酸エステル基;カルボキシ基;カルボニル基;エポキシ基;イソシアネート基;ヒドロキシル基;アミド基;アミノ基;エステル基;ホルミル基;ニトリル基;または;ニトロ基から1以上の重合性基を含む、請求項5に記載の物品。
- 基板(4)のコーティング方法で:
基板(4)上に炭素複合材層(3)を配設する工程;
炭素複合材層(3)を基板(4)に結合し、第一結合層(5)を炭素複合材層(3)と基板(4)の間に結合する工程;
モノマー、第一ポリマー、またはそれらの組み合わせを基板(4)上に配設する炭素複合材層(3)にグラフトし、第二結合層(6)を形成する工程;および
第二結合層(6)を第二ポリマーを含むコーティング組成物(所望により架橋剤を含む)でコーティングする工程;
炭素複合材層(3)が炭素および結合剤(2)を有し;
結合剤(2)は:1以上のSiO2;Si;B;B2O3;金属;または合金を有し;
該金属は:1以上のアルミニウム;銅;チタン;ニッケル;タングステン;クロム;鉄;マンガン;ジルコニウム;ハフニウム;バナジウム;ニオビウム;モリブデン;スズ;ビスマス;アンチモン;鉛;カドミウムまたはセレンを含む方法。 - 前記グラフト工程が、第二結合層(6)と前記炭素複合材層の間に共有結合を形成する工程を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第二結合層(6)のコーティング工程が:1以上の積層;ディップコーティング;溶媒キャスト法;塗装;スプレーコーティング;ロールコーティング;交互積層コーティング;スピンコーティング;またはラングミュアー・ブロジェット・コーティングを含む、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が前記第一ポリマーと前記第二ポリマーを架橋する工程をさらに含む、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 炭素複合材層(3)を基板(4)に結合する工程が、炭素複合材層(3)および基板(4)または基板(4)の表面を加熱する工程を含み、所望により:直流加熱;誘導加熱;マイクロ波加熱;およびスパークプラズマ焼結のうち1つ以上によって実施され;また、所望により、炭素複合材層(3)および基板(4)は加熱中に互いに押圧される、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、はんだを炭素複合材層(3)と基板(4)の間に配設する工程;はんだを加熱する工程;および、炭素複合材層(3)と基板(4)を結合する工程をさらに含み;所望により、炭素複合材層(3)と基板(4)が、はんだを加熱中に互いに押圧される、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 基板(4)と前記炭素複合材層の間に活性化フォイルを配設する工程、および、前記活性化フォイルを、エネルギーの特定形態へ露出し;炭素複合材層(3)を基板(4)へ結合する工程を更に含む方法で;所望により、前記活性化フォイルを前記エネルギーの特定形態へ露出する間、前記炭素複合材層、前記活性化フォイル、および基板(4)を互いに押圧する、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記活性化フォイルをが:1以上のテルミット;Al−Ni;、TiーSi;Ti−B;Zr−Si;Zr−B;TiーAl;Ni−Mg;またはMg−Biを含み;前記テルミットが、還元剤および酸化剤を含み;前記還元剤が:1以上のアルミニウム;マグネシウム;カルシウム;チタン;スズ;ケイ素;またはホウ素を含み、かつ、前記酸化剤が:1以上の酸化ホウ素;酸化ケイ素;酸化クロム;酸化マンガン;酸化鉄;酸化銅;または酸化鉛を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
