Abstract
Description
原動機付車両のフロントボディまたはリアボディのサブフレームが、車両の左右方向内でお互いに離間して少なくとも1つのクロスメンバによって相互に接続される2つのサイドメンバを備えており、このサブフレームは捻じり剛性を増大させるための補強構造を有していてその中に非接触式エネルギー伝送用の充電モジュールが組み込まれており、前記充電モジュールは、デカップリング支持器によってのみ前記補強構造と接続されている。

Claims (7)
- 原動機付車両のフロントボディまたはリアボディのサブフレーム(1)であって、車両の左右方向内でお互いに離間しており且つ少なくとも1つのクロスメンバ(3)によって相互に接続される2つのサイドメンバ(2)を備え、非接触式エネルギー伝送用の充電モジュール(5)が組み込まれており捻じり剛性を増大させるための補強構造(4)を有するサブフレーム(1)において、
前記充電モジュール(5)は、デカップリング支持器(6)を介してのみ前記補強構造(4)と接続されていること
を特徴とするサブフレーム。 - デカップリング支持器(6)が、ゴム筒−金属筒支持器として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサブフレーム。
- 充電モジュール(5)が遮蔽板(5a)およびコイルユニット(5b)を有し、前記コイルユニット(5b)が前記遮蔽板(5a)の構造的下方の取付位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のサブフレーム。
- 遮蔽板(5a)がデカップリング支持器(6)を介して補強構造(4)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のサブフレーム。
- デカップリング支持器(6)が補強構造(4)に組み付けられておりこれらが接続材(8)を介して充電モジュール(5)を支持することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のサブフレーム。
- デカップリング支持器(6)が、補強構造(4)の対応する受容部(10)内にはめ込まれていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のサブフレーム。
- デカップリング支持器(6)が充電モジュール(5)に組み付けられておりこれらが接続材(8)を介して補強構造(4)に取り付いていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のサブフレーム。
