Abstract
Description
TNおよびtN 核生成に使用される温度および時間
Tk1およびtk1 第1の結晶化に使用される温度および時間
TK2およびtK2 第2の結晶化に使用される温度および時間
還元剤としての還元セリウム化合物の使用
還元剤としてセリウム化合物を使用してガラスおよびガラスセラミックを調製するために、最初に、100から200gの規模で、表Iに示される組成物に対応する出発ガラスを、通常の原材料の混合物から、白金坩堝内で、1500℃で2時間溶融し、ここではセリウム(III)アセチルアセトネートを、所与のCe2O3含量に関する原材料として使用した。出発ガラスを水中に注ぐことによって、ガラスフリットを調製し、これを乾燥炉内で、150℃で乾燥し、次いで均質化のために1500℃で2.5時間2度目の溶融を行った。次いで得られたガラス溶融体を、予熱した型に注いで、ガラスブロックを生成した。
還元剤としてのフォーミングガスの使用
還元剤としてフォーミングガスを使用して、ガラスおよびガラスセラミックを調製するために、まず、200gの規模で、表Iに示される組成物に対応する出発ガラスを、通常の原材料から、白金−ロジウム坩堝内で、1450から1500℃で1時間溶融した。次いでガラスブロックを生成するために、ガラス溶融体30gを参照試料として、予熱した型に注いだ。約3l/分のフォーミングガス(N2 95%、H2 5%)を、石英ガラス浸漬管を用いて、30から90分間、残りのガラス溶融体に通した。次いで浸漬管を溶融体から除去し、再酸化を防止するために、溶融体表面にフォーミングガスを約30分間一気に流した。次いでガラス溶融体を、予熱した型に注いで、ガラスブロックを生成した。後続の温度処理(核生成、結晶化、および/または加圧)は、通常の炉内雰囲気で実施した。
還元剤としての有機化合物の使用
還元剤として有機化合物を使用してガラスおよびガラスセラミックを調製するために、200gの規模で実施例11に関して表Iに示される組成物に対応する出発ガラスを、通常の原材料の混合物に1.5重量%のショ糖の添加を行ったものから、白金坩堝内で、10K/分の加熱速度で1450℃に加熱することによって溶融した。30分の保持時間後、得られたガラス溶融体を水中でフリット化し、次いで乾燥した。フリットを1500℃で1時間、再度溶融し、ガラスブロックを生成するために黒鉛の型に注いだ。
Sirona研磨ユニットを使用して、CAD/CAM法による核生成および第1の結晶化の後に得られたブロックから、厚さ約2mmの小板を研磨して作り出した。次いで小板を、第2の結晶化を目的に、Programat炉(Ivoclar Vivadent AG)内で、表IIによるさらなる温度処理に供した。さらなる加工ステップでは、小板を研磨して厚さ約1.3mmにし、表面をダイヤモンド砥石車(15μm)で磨いた。このように得られた試料を使用して決定された平均2軸強度を、表IIに示す。
厚さ約2.5mmのディスクを、核生成および第1の結晶化後に得られたブロックから切り取り、第2の結晶化を目的に表IIによるさらなる温度処理に供した。明度を決定するために、1000グリットのSiCサンドペーパーで、小板を研磨して厚さ2mmにした。測定された明度は、CM−3700d分光光度計(コニカミノルタ)を用いて400〜700nmの測定範囲で測定した。明度は、DIN5033およびDIN6174に従って決定し、CR値は英国規格BS56129に従って決定した。
Sirona研磨ユニットを使用して、CAD/CAM法による核生成および第1の結晶化の後に得られたブロックを研磨して小板を作り出した。次いで小板を、第2の結晶化を目的に、Programat炉(Ivoclar Vivadent AG)内で、表IIによるさらなる温度処理に供した。さらなる加工ステップでは、小板を研磨して17.9mm×15.9mm×2mmの寸法にし、表面をAPEX砥石車(0.5μm)で磨いた。
Claims (20)
- ケイ酸リチウムガラスまたはケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを調製する方法であって、セリウムイオンを含む出発ガラスの溶融体を還元条件に曝露するステップを含む方法。
- 前記出発ガラスの前記溶融体が、少なくとも1種の還元剤と反応する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記出発ガラスの前記溶融体が、SiO2、Li2O、成核剤、セリウム化合物、および少なくとも1種の還元剤を含むガラス形成組成物から形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の還元剤が、少なくとも1種の酸化可能な炭素原子を含む化合物であり、好ましくは有機塩、炭水化物、および穀粉からなる群から選択される、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の還元剤が、アセチルアセトネートであり、特にセリウムアセチルアセトネートであり、好ましくはセリウム(III)アセチルアセトネートである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の還元剤が還元気体であり、前記気体が、好ましくは水素を含み、好ましくは水素および窒素を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記出発ガラスが、最大5.0重量%のアルカリ土類金属酸化物を含み、前記アルカリ土類金属酸化物が、特にCaO、BaO、MgO、SrO、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記出発ガラスが、下記の成分のうちの少なくとも1種、好ましくは全てを含み、
- 前記出発ガラスが、テルビウムイオンをさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- メタケイ酸リチウムおよび/または二ケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するのに適切な核を有するケイ酸リチウムガラスを調製するための、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 主結晶相としてメタケイ酸リチウムを含み、かつ/または10体積%超、好ましくは20体積%超、特に好ましくは30体積%超のメタケイ酸リチウム結晶を含む、ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを調製するための、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 主結晶相として二ケイ酸リチウムを含み、かつ/または10体積%超、好ましくは20体積%超、特に好ましくは30体積%超の二ケイ酸リチウム結晶を含む、ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを調製するための、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記出発ガラスが、メタケイ酸リチウムおよび/または二ケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するのに適切な核を有するケイ酸リチウムガラス、またはケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを形成するために、450から950℃までの範囲内の少なくとも1つの熱処理に供される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ酸リチウムガラス、メタケイ酸リチウムおよび/または二ケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するのに適切な核を有する前記ケイ酸リチウムガラス、または前記ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックが、粉末、ブランク、または歯科用修復材の形で存在する、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用して得ることが可能な、ケイ酸リチウムガラス、メタケイ酸リチウムおよび/または二ケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するのに適切な核を有するケイ酸リチウムガラス、またはケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミック。
- 430nmで、参照試料の対応する蛍光強度の少なくとも1.5倍、特に少なくとも2倍、好ましくは少なくとも4倍、特に好ましくは少なくとも6倍の蛍光強度を有する、ケイ酸リチウムガラス、メタケイ酸リチウムおよび/または二ケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するのに適切な核を有するケイ酸リチウムガラス、またはケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックであって、
前記参照試料は、適切な原材料から200gの規模で、SiO2 71.3重量%、Li2O 15.1重量%、K2O 3.2重量%、Al2O3 3.5重量%、P2O5 3.3重量%、CeO2 1.5重量%、およびTb4O7 0.7重量%の組成を有する出発ガラスを白金−ロジウム坩堝内で、1500℃で1時間溶融し、ガラス溶融体30gを予熱した型に注いでガラスブロックを生成し、前記ガラスブロックを、500℃で10分間、700℃で20分間、および850℃で10分間の連続温度処理であって、前記温度処理の間の加熱速度がそれぞれの場合に30K/分である連続温度処理により、ガラスセラミックに変換することによって得ることが可能である、

- ケイ酸リチウムガラス、メタケイ酸リチウムおよび/または二ケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するのに適切な核を有するケイ酸リチウムガラス、またはケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックが、所望の歯科用修復材、特にインレー、アンレー、ベニア、部分クラウン、クラウン、またはファセットを形成するように加圧または機械加工することによって成形される、請求項18に記載の使用。
- SiO2、Li2O、成核剤、セリウム化合物、および少なくとも1種の還元剤を含み、好ましくはセリウム化合物および還元剤として、少なくとも1種の酸化可能な炭素原子を含むセリウム化合物を含む、ガラス形成組成物。
