Abstract
Description
−ポリエチレン又は耐水性塗料の外層;
−インク層;
−シリケート層;
−紙層;
−シリケート層;
−アルミニウム+シリケートの層;
−いわゆる「無溶剤」材料の層;及び
−結合したフィルム中のポリエチレン又はホットメルトプラスチックフィルムの内層
をこの順序で含む複合材料を形成することができる。
Claims (19)
- 積層複合材料(1)であって、食品の包装に特に好適であり、
第1外層(21)と、
第2内層(22)と、を含む多層構造を有し、
前記第1層及び前記第2層(22、22)又はそれらの間に挟まれる第3中間層(23)は、水溶性材料のみを含み又は大きなパーセント値で水溶性材料を含み、それによって、前記層(21、22、23)の2つ以上が、使用後に、水の浴又は主として水の浴によって分離可能である、積層複合材料(1)。 - 前記中間層(23)、前記第1層(21)又は前記第2層(22)が、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩M(M2OxnSiO2及びn=1.5÷4)のみを又は大きなパーセント値で含む、請求項1に記載の複合材料(1)。
- MがナトリウムNa、カリウムK、及びリチウムLiを含む群から選択される、請求項2に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記水溶性材料が、それ自体の層の組成の約99%となるポリビニルアルコール又はそれ自体の層の組成の約2%となるケイ酸ナトリウムである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記中間層(23)、前記第1層(21)又は前記第2層(22)が、糖、デンプン、ゼラチン、アラビアゴム、ポリビニルピロリドン、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、メチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコールを含む群から選択される1種類以上の材料のみを又は大きいパーセント値で含む、請求項1に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記第2内層(22)が、接着剤層又はホットメルト層、及び/若しくは、熱溶着可能なフィルム及び/又は金属フィルムである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記第1層(21)が通気性である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記第1層(21)が、紙若しくは紙状、セルロース系又は繊維状の材料である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記第2内層(22)に隣接し、好ましくは接着剤、フィルム材料、及びコーティングを含む群から選択されるさらなる層(24、25)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記第2層(220)及び/又は前記さらなる層(24)がポリエチレンPEから形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記中間層(23)、前記第1層(21)又は前記第2層(22)が、有機フィラー、油(グリセリン、ソルビトール、エチレングリコールなど)、スチレン系ポリマー、アクリル樹脂、無機フィラー(例えばタルク粉末)、ポリビニルアルコールPVA−PVOH、PLAエチレン−ビニルアルコール(EVOH)、マイカ、バーミキュライト、長石、ゼオライト、糖、デンプンなどの群から選択される1種類以上の添加剤を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 前記第2内層(22)が、前記水浴の水の通路のためのチャネルが形成されるように不連続なパターンにより塗布される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 再生可能資源、例えばPLA−セロハン、PHB、PCLから得られるフィルム及び/又はコーティングを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- シート又は連続テープの形態である、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)から形成された包装材と、前記包装材中に収容された製品、特に食品と、を含む包装。
- 特に食品の包装に好適な複合材料積層体(1)の製造方法であって、
外層(21)及び中間層(23)を提供するステップであって、前記中間相が水溶性材料から形成されており、前記外層及び中間層が互いの上に接着されるステップと、
接着剤の第2内層(22)を提供するステップと、
前記第2接着剤層(22)を乾燥させるステップと、
前記第2接着剤層(22)を前記外層(21)及び中間層(23)によって形成された組立体に接合するステップと、を含み、
使用後に、水の浴又は主として水の浴によって、前記層(21、22、23)の2つ以上が分離可能である、方法。 - 接着剤のさらなる層(25)を提供し、前記さらなる接着剤層(25)を乾燥させ、前記さらなる接着剤層(25)を前記第2接着剤層(22)の上に接着するさらなるステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料(1)又は包装材料の製造方法である、請求項16又は17に記載の方法。
- 前記層(21、22、23)の2つ以上の構成要素を、水の浴又は主として水の浴によって分離するステップを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料又は包装材料の再利用方法。
