(ii)前記コーティングを乾燥させる工程、及び
(iii)前記コーティングされた基質を、20分から3時間の範囲内の一定時間、300℃を上回る温度に暴露する工程
を含む方法。
材料
チタンイソプロポキシド(TIPP)(C12H28O4Ti)(グレード97%;CAS番号:546−68−9の下でSigma Aldrichによって供給(供給元の分類番号:205273−2L))、トリフルオロ酢酸(TFA)(C2HF3O2)(グレード99%、CAS番号:76−05−1の下でSigma Aldrichによって供給)(供給元の分類番号:T6508−1L)、氷酢酸(ACS≧99.7%、CAS番号:64−19−7の下でSigma Aldrichによって供給、供給元の分類番号:320099−2.5L)、脱イオン水、及び
利用される場合、硝酸銅(II)ペンタヘミハイドレート(グレード:ピュリス(Puriss) ACS、 CAS番号:10031−43−3、供給元の分類番号:32188のドイツ国のRiede−de Haenから入手可能)。

脱イオン水=(40から99%、好ましくは50から95%の範囲)
チタンイソプロポキシド=(4から15%の範囲)

プロセスにとって必要なすべてのガラス製品(例えば、ビーカー及び計測用シリンダ)は、洗浄且つ乾燥された。

Claims (45)
- 抗菌性コーティング溶液の調製のためのプロセスであって、
(i)キレート剤をチタンアルコキシド及びフルオロ酢酸と混合する工程、及び
(ii)水溶液を工程(i)から形成された混合物に添加する工程
を含むプロセス。 - 前記キレート剤がカルボン酸である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記カルボン酸が、ギ酸、プロピオン酸、ブタン酸、及び酢酸からなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記カルボン酸が酢酸である、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酢酸が、氷酢酸の形態を有する、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 使用される氷酢酸の量が、1から40wt%の範囲内、好ましくは1から20wt%の範囲内、及び最も好ましくは2から10wt%の範囲内である、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記チタンアルコキシドが、チタンイソプロポキシド、チタンエトキシド、チタンメトキシド、及びチタンブトキシドからなる群より選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記チタンアルコキシドが、チタンイソプロポキシドである、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 使用されるチタンイソプロポキシドの量が、4から15wt%の範囲内、好ましくは6から12wt%の範囲内である、請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 前記フルオロ酢酸が、モノフルオロ酢酸、ジフルオロ酢酸、又はトリフルオロ酢酸のうちの1つである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記フルオロ酢酸がトリフルオロ酢酸である、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 使用されるトリフルオロ酢酸の量が、0.1から20wt%の範囲内、好ましくは0.1から10wt%の範囲内、及び最も好ましくは2から8wt%の範囲内である、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 金属前駆体を添加する工程を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属前駆体が、銅、銀、及び亜鉛のうちの1つを含む、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属前駆体が、金属の硫酸塩又は硝酸塩を含む、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属前駆体が、硝酸銅(II)ペンタヘミハイドレートである、請求項15に記載のプロセス。
- 使用される硝酸銅(II)ペンタヘミハイドレートの量が、0.03から3wt%の範囲内、好ましくは0.3から3wt%の範囲内、最も好ましくは0.1から2.8wt%の範囲内、及び特に0.1から2.8wt%の範囲内である、請求項16に記載のプロセス。
- 工程(i)からの混合物に添加する工程の前に、前記硝酸銅(II)ペンタヘミハイドレートが、水溶液の中で溶解される、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶液中の水の量が、少なくとも30wt%である、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 使用される水の量が、30wt%から99.5wt%の範囲内、好ましくは40wt%から99wt%の範囲内、及び最も好ましくは50wt%から95wt%の範囲内である、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、15から25℃の間の温度で実行される、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1から21のいずれか一項に従って溶液を調製し、その後、350℃から1350℃の間の温度で前記溶液をアニーリングする初期工程を含む、抗菌性粉末を作製するプロセス。
- 請求項17のプロセスで調製された抗菌性粉末をコーティング組成物と混合する工程を含む、抗菌性コーティングを調製する方法。

- 請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる抗菌性コーティング組成物であって、前記コーティング組成物が、可視光活性化される、抗菌性コーティング組成物。
- 可視光下及び低減された光において抗菌活性を示す、請求項26に記載の抗菌性コーティング組成物。
- 最大1350℃の温度まで安定している、請求項26又は27に記載の抗菌性コーティング組成物。
- 基質をコーティングするための方法であって、
(i)基質上に、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスに従って調製された抗菌性コーティング溶液又は請求項26から28のいずれか一項に記載の抗菌性コーティング組成物を堆積する工程、
(ii)前記コーティングを乾燥させる工程、及び
(iii)前記コーティングされた基質を、20分から3時間の範囲内の一定時間、300℃を上回る温度に暴露する工程
を含む方法。 - 前記コーティングされた基質が、300℃から1350℃、好ましくは350℃から600℃、最も好ましくは450℃から550℃の範囲内の温度に暴露される、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングされた基質が、500℃の温度に暴露される、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)の実行の前に、工程(i)からの前記混合物が貯蔵される、請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵する工程が、前記混合物を輸送のためにパッケージングすることを含む、請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングが、溶射、浸漬、ローラ、ブラシ、静電的及びスピンコーティングからなる群より選択された方法によって堆積される、請求項1から33のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加水分解されたフッ素及び銅ドープチタニルアセテート透明ゾルを含む抗菌性コーティング組成物。
