Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 1400MPaを超える引張強度を有する第1のシート状鋼(11)と第2のシート状鋼(17)との間の細長い溶接継手であって、第1のシート状鋼は、該溶接継手の周りに1100MPa未満の引張強度の軟質ゾーン(20)を有し、該軟質ゾーンは、溶接部(18)の幅の1/2と該溶接部の幅の3倍との間の幅を有するバンド(20)であり、第1のシート状鋼(11)は、軟質バンドの両側に1400MPaを超える引張強度の高強度ゾーン(21、22)を有することを特徴とする、前記細長い溶接継手。
- 溶接部は、一列の溶接スポット(18)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細長い溶接継手。
- 溶接部(18)は、ビームの側方フランジ(15、16)に沿った溶接部であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の細長い溶接継手。
- 溶接部(18)は、帽子型プロファイルの形態の第1のシート状鋼(11)の側方フランジ(15、16)に沿った溶接部であり、帽子型プロファイルには、該帽子型プロファイルの側方フランジ(15、16)に溶接される第2のシート状鋼(17)によって閉じたプロファイルが与えられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の細長い溶接継手。
- ビームであって、
上面(14)と、2つの側面(12、13)と、2つの側方フランジ(15、16)とを含む、第1のシート状鋼プロファイル(11)と、
閉じたプロファイルのビームを形成するように溶接部(18)によって側方フランジに接合される第2のシート状鋼(17)と

ここで、第1のプロファイル(11)は、1400MPaを超える引張強度を有し、溶接部の周りに1100MPa未満の引張強度の軟質ゾーン(20)を有し、
該軟質ゾーンは、溶接部(18)の幅の1/2と該溶接部の幅の3倍との間の幅を有するバンド(20)の形態をしており、第1のシート状鋼は、軟質バンドの両側に、1400MPaを超える引張強度の高強度ゾーンを有することを特徴とする前記ビーム。
