Claims (25)

  1. 組織の穴を気化させる装置であって、
    高熱伝導率の第1の材料で形成された熱伝導シートと、
    400℃の温度で生体適合性である第2の材料で形成された生体適合性被膜と、
    を備える、装置。
  2. 前記熱伝導シートは、複数の突出部のアレイを含む、
    請求項1に記載の装置。
  3. 前記突出部は、前記熱伝導シートに搭載されている、
    請求項2に記載の装置。
  4. 瘢痕組織の表面を露出させて、局所薬剤を塗布するように構成されている、
    請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
  5. 前記熱伝導シートは、
    焼結と、
    印圧加工と、
    からなる群から選択されるプロセスを経て製造される、
    請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
  6. 前記突出部の少なくとも一部分の先端は、頂部が除去された錐体である、
    請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
  7. 前記突出部の前記一部分は、少なくとも前記突出部の他の部分よりも短い、
    請求項6に記載の装置。
  8. 少なくとも1つの突出部は、鋭い遠位端を備える、
    請求項2から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
  9. 前記アレイは、1平方センチメートル当たりの突出部数が2〜100の範囲の空間分布で突出部を含む、
    請求項2から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
  10. 前記突出部の底幅と前記突出部の長さとの比は、1:1〜1:3である、

  14. 400℃の温度まで前記熱伝導シートが加熱された場合に、前記第2の材料の前記生体適合性被膜は、前記第1の材料の拡散を防止する、
    請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の装置。
  15. 前記第1の材料は、銅であり、
    前記銅を覆い前記組織への銅の拡散を低減するニッケル被膜を更に備える、
    請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の装置。
  16. 前記第1の材料は、銅であり、
    前記第1の材料を覆い前記組織への銅の拡散を低減する銀被膜を更に備える、
    請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の装置。
  17. 前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料は、金で構成された層で被覆されている、
    請求項16に記載の装置。
  18. 前記熱伝導シートは、深さ20μm未満の組織層を気化させるように選択された熱容量を有する、
    請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の装置。
  19. 前記組織の表面上で当該装置を動かす車輪をさらに備えた、
    請求項1から18のいずれかに記載の装置。
  20. 前記熱伝導シートは、平面状であり、表面積が0.0001cm〜5cmの範囲である、
    請求項1から19のいずれかに記載の装置。
  21. 前記熱伝導シートは、前記組織の細長狭隘クレータを気化させるように、幅が100μm未満である、
    請求項1から20のいずれかに記載の装置。
  22. 前記熱伝導シートは、銅で形成され、前記生体適合性被膜は、チタンで形成されている、

  23. 前記生体適合性被膜は、厚さ500μm未満のシートとして形成されている、

  24. 前記生体適合性被膜は、厚さ可変に形成されている、
    請求項1から23のいずれかに記載の装置。
  25. 気化要素のアレイを自己殺菌する方法であって、
    前記アレイが加熱要素に結合され、
    500℃よりも高い温度まで前記気化要素を加熱するステップを含む、
    方法。
