Claims (5)
- ビードコアをカーカスがターンアップして巻き込み、カーカスの内部にはビードコアの上側にビードフィラが充填され、カーカスの外側にはスチールチェーファが巻き込まれるチューブレスタイヤにおいて、
前記ビードコアと前記カーカスとの間にはリムフランジ側に前記カーカスのターンアップ部が引きずられて下がることを防ぐ第1の補強ゴム層が形成されることを特徴とする、ビード部を補強したチューブレスタイヤ。 - 前記スチールチェーファの外部にはナイロンチェーファが巻き込まれ、
前記スチールチェーファと前記ナイロンチェーファとの間には界面応力を減らす第2の補強ゴム層が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のビード部を補強したチューブレスタイヤ。 - 前記第1の補強ゴム層のモジュラスは、カーカスのトッピングゴムの350〜450%とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のビード部を補強したチューブレスタイヤ。
- 前記第1の補強ゴム層の高さは前記リムフランジの高さ以下に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のビード部を補強したチューブレスタイヤ。
- 前記第2の補強ゴム層のモジュラスは、カーカスのトッピングゴムの125〜175%とすることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のビード部を補強したチューブレスタイヤ。
