Abstract
【解決手段】 軸受外輪3、23に相当する部品が歯車34、43で構成される同期噛合式変速機のパイロット部およびアイドラ部に使用される円すいころ軸受1、1’、21において、転動体としての円すいころ4のころ長さLところ径Dwとの比L/Dwを1.7以上とし、円すいころ4の転動面6は、その軸方向中央部分のストレート部6aと、このストレート部6aから両端部までのクラウニング部6b、6cとからなり、このクラウニング部6b、6cが対数クラウニングで形成されていることを特徴とする。

表3に示すように、第1、第2の実施形態は、いずれも、エッジ面圧の発生を防止することができた。また、最大接触面圧もフレッティング摩耗を抑制できる範囲に抑えられることが確認できた。

Claims (6)
- 軸受外輪に相当する部品が歯車で構成される同期噛合式変速機のパイロット部およびアイドラ部に使用される円すいころ軸受において、
転動体としての円すいころの長さ(L)ところ径(Dw)との比L/Dwを1.7以上とし、
前記円すいころの転動面は、その軸方向中央部分のストレート部と、このストレート部から両端部までのクラウニング部とからなり、このクラウニング部が対数クラウニングで形成されていることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記ストレート部の幅が、前記円すいころの有効転動面幅の50%〜85%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記転動面のクラウニング部のドロップ量(Dr)ところ径(Dw)との比Dr/Dwが0.003〜0.03の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記円すいころ軸受のころ充填率が90%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記円すいころ軸受の内輪の有効軌道面幅が前記円すいころの有効転動面幅よりも長く、前記内輪の軌道面が粗さ0.1μRa〜0.4μRaの範囲の研削仕上げ面であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記円すいころ軸受の内輪の小つば面と円すいころの小端面とのすきまが0.3mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
