Abstract
【解決手段】 ころ全長から面取り幅を除いた接触長さlのころ直径Dに対する割合l/Dが略1.5以下となるころを有するころ軸受において、内輪軌道面、外輪軌道面およびころ転動面のうち少なくともひとつがクラウニングを有し、当該クラウニングの形状を、式(1)に基づき、1.4≦K1≦1.7、−20≦K2≦−10として求める。ミスアライメント下で使用されるころ軸受の場合、当該クラウニングの形状を、式(1)に基づき、K1=1.4、K2=−10としてエッジロードの発生しない最大ドロップ量をzmを求め、かつ、クラウニング長さxを、式(2)から得られる最大クラウニング長さxm以下とする。

Description
特開2000−346078号公報には、長手方向への相当応力分布を均一化し、接触領域の長手方向における接触表面近傍で材料の受けるダメージを均一に分布させ、ころ軸受に実質的に最大の静的または動的負荷容量を与えるクラウニング曲線を提示した考案である。
本発明の目的は、線接触の接触部を有する転がり軸受の転動体と軌道輪の接触部においてミスアライメントが生じてもエッジロードが生じず、かつ、疲労寿命の長いクラウニング曲線を提供することにある。

ここで、R1およびR2はそれぞれの接触部の半径である。
E′は等価弾性係数と呼ばれ、次式で求める。
1/E′=(1−ν2)/E
図2のクラウニング形状に対して、ミスアライメントを0とし、荷重9.81kNが作用した場合の接触面圧を弾性力学に基づいて算出すると図3となる。高面圧下では端部において面圧の増加が見られる。このころにミスアライメント3/1000を与えると、面圧分布は図4のようになり、この傾向は顕著となる。

- ころ全長から面取り幅を除いた接触長さlのころ直径Dに対する割合l/Dが略1.5以下となるころを有するころ軸受であって、内輪軌道面、外輪軌道面およびころ転動面のうち少なくともひとつがクラウニングを有し、当該クラウニングの形状を、式(1)に基づき、1.4≦K1≦1.7、−20≦K2≦−10として求めたことを特徴とするころ軸受。
- ミスアライメント下で使用されるころ軸受であって、内輪軌道面、外輪軌道面およびころ転動面のうち少なくともひとつがクラウニングを有し、当該クラウニングの形状を、式(1)に基づき、K1=1.4、K2=−10としてエッジロードの発生しない最大ドロップ量をzmを求め、かつ、クラウニング長さxを、式(2)から得られる最大クラウニング長さxm以下としたことを特徴とするころ軸受。
